Serial killer fangirls

They seem to believe that Dylan Klebold was shot by Eric Harris to frame him as a shooter. Which is weird since there's surveillance camera footage of him going Matrix mode in the cafeteria with a trenchcoat and a gun. I don't know who originated this idea or why.

I think Dylan Klebold gets more sympathy and more overt fangirls because he was the slightly less deranged and psycho of the two, and the more attractive of the two.

Unlike Eliot Rodger or Adam Lanza, Klebold was not an obvious incel and had an on-again/off-again girlfriend who went to the prom with him the week before the shooting and was even duped into buying ammunition and one of the guns for them since she was 18 while Klebold was still 17.

While Eric Harris was a budding narcissistic psychopath and possible future /pol/ tard, Dylan Klebold was more along the lines of a suicidal depressive who would've been content with offing himself and likely killed others more out of a sense of nihilism since he figured he was going to die anyway and didn't care what happened next, so he might as well get his name in the history books with his friend Eric while he was at it.

That doesn't excuse any of the horrific murder and mayhem he took part in, but it does explain why he gets a lot of fangirls and why a lot of the slightly higher-functioning Columbine spergs try to rehabilitate his image and cling to him more than Harris.

Or they just think he's more kawaii and since he was more malleable that they could have "saved" him somehow, or else been the Mallory to his Mickey and joined him in his rampage.

I read through some of these Tumblr blogs and found a few examples of serial killers that were based.

Nikita Lytkin and Artyom Anoufriev - two Noisecore artists who went on to becoming serial killers in Irkutsk, Russia between 2010-11. They killed 6, wounded another 6. Their primary weapons were a knife and mallet. They targeted foreigners, prostitutes, beggars and people thought to be "money grubbers".

Colin Ireland - also known as "the Gay Slayer" he would lure gays in from gay bars, tie them down under the pretense of BDSM sex acts, and torture and brutally murder them.

John Bunting - responsible for the "Snowtown murders". His primary targets were fags, crossdressers, pedophiles and the mentally challenged.

Joseph Paul Franklin - also known as the Nazi killer, targeted interracial couples (BM/WF), Jews, and even paralyzed civil rights activist Colin Jordan and smut publisher Larry Flynt.

I don't know. If this is what women want nowadays then I'm kinda impressed actually.

It fucking disgusts me that these bitches on the internet would fantasise about REAL LIFE MURDERERS and be all "Ooh he/she is so cute uwu I'm not like other girls!" I seriously hope that these shitheads got help. If not then we're all fucked.
Ngl Ted Bundy was pretty hot, shame about the necro.

In all seriousness though I don't get why a lot of these fangirls have to take it to the next level and shame the victims. If it was just "uwu he's so tortured and sexy" I wouldn't be nearly as bothered, it's when people are dismissing their crimes and complaining about them being jailed while insulting the victims' families that it really crosses the line for me.

Who wants some serial killer festivity courtesy of Tumblr? This is kinda cool in a morbid way.

I kind of dig the room, though. Where can I get me some Freddy and Jason busts?

Not gonna lie, I like the Dahmer with cookies. I may make one and see if anyone will notice it on the tree.

(Sorry if I'm potentially necro-ing this thread, and if this is off-topic. Merry Christmas by the way.)

How do you guys feel about people from other countries creating content on, say, American killers? I remember stumbling across this Japanese artist that draws frankly beautiful art, but they dabbled in drawing Dahmer, Bundy, and Nilsen a bit back in ~2017. (I'll edit this with a link/embeds if anyone wants them.) Does it hit differently or would it still be the same?

At this point it's just easier to view all of serial killer fangirl shit as a curiosity rather than a source of moral outrage, and more curious still is westaboo Japanese artists doing fanart for things you wouldn't expect, so the combination or the two is just kind of weird.

Post 'em if you got 'em, I admit I'm curious as to their quality.

Alright--here you guys go:

Googling 'stonedust-chan deviantart' or just 'stone dust-chan art' pulls up more art that used to be on their Tumblr and DeviantArt before they got purged. Warning in advanced though--other stuff might be mixed in there for some reason ... But their style should be easy to look for.

tbh I fucking forgot that they did more than say, general portraiture of the killers and did ... Stuff like the last pictures in the second link. It makes me curious as to where the line is between just art and fan art.
Also, speaking of fan art, I wonder if some serial killer shippers just ship the tropes these people look like they possess? Like, Dahmer's 'shy', Bundy's ... confident/arrogant? Ramirez is the 'chaotic dumbass that worships satan' or something, etc.

Not quite the same, but I used to troll the Prison Talk forum forum for prison wedding planning a few years ago, and the number of upper middle class European women marrying convicted murderers was bizarre.

I think the line is drawn with romanticizing them. You can draw them, write about them, be interested in them, but the moment you are "BUNDY IS SO SEXY UWU" you've done fucked up.

It's perfectly rational for people to be interested in them. Everyone likes a good murder mystery, plus there's the added fascination of studying someone whose brain works entirely differently from the average person. I wouldn't necessarily judge someone for creating art about them any more than I would judge a writer from writing about them or whatever. If it's an artistic interpretation of a real life persona, that could just be how some people interpret and reflect information.

If, however, it's a graphic oil painting of Jeffrey Dahmer getting railed by Dylan Klebold whilst Lizzie Borden sucks him off...that's an artistic reflection of something entirely different
