favorite so far is still Why Can't This Be Easy, but I like all the Realign songs so far. I'm glad they finally got around to working on it.

Hearing Vinny do his "stream" thing without the chat there is kinda weird yet comfy. He seemed to be more honest than usual. Chat goes nuts around XenoBlade so I can see why he did it.

Stuff about the influences of the song, then at 6:20 he drops a Red Vox Direct

- The origin of the album artwork and some of the other artwork
- Vinyl release, but it's delayed because of COVID closing the record plants
- There are two extra songs for the vinyl being finished now. Pre-orders in a few weeks
- Planned improved reprints for Another Light, What Could Go Wrong, and Kerosene, also delayed because COVID
- No CD release, they're expensive and unprofitable
- Vinny's editing a mini documentary about making the album, plus maybe some stuff like demos

5:40. I can't believe the cousin club story is actually real and the club is fucking called Black Dog. That's so... :story:
How have I never seen this before.

Somehow it’s so weird hearing hisvoice and seeing his face at the same time. It sounds like it hasn’t changed at all since then... maybe i’m too used to Joel lmao
It sounds nice watching him talk about things he enjoys even if it’s sportsball/Blade Runner lol

From experience, Vinyl is insanely more expensive than cd's when bulk ordered with tapes being the cheapest. I do think cd's are unprofitable though. Vinyl sells because it has turned into a hip medium again.

This actually sounds interesting. Some nice behind the vine type stuff.

I love that Vinny/Joel and some of the folks in their circles can be told/drawn the biggest meaniest insults the world can come up with and they can just have a heartly honest laugh at it, or simply ignore it and move on, trully a rare and near extinct species of humans

Thank god too, vinny not reading donations and subs and instead doing a sperate art segment makes the whole operation so much better than other steams. I really hope his format becomes industry standard.
To reveal myself as a bit of a stupid weeb; Vtuber's also do this sort of thing, from what I've seen. Just with donations, and on rare occasions, art. Occasionally they'll thank someone for a superchat during the main stream, but otherwise they save all of that until the end, so people can stay or leave, at that point. Also, @saddestclown,
I'm so happy to report that mods are finally cracking the fuck down on the ACAB meme shit- maybe added to blacklist. And I gotta say, censorship has never been more satisfying. Hopefully they'll just keep it to Twitter- but probably not. Definitely some people who are on the "if you don't want people spamming political bullshit in Twitch chat then you're racist" lingering around rather vocally.
do you have any screencaps or posts about the crack down? Sorry if it seems like I'm asking to be spoonfed, but once again; Twitch's ui sucks dong and I don't want to deal with that shit just to see some people getting upset over not being able to complain about this pretty America centric problem.

I posted earlier in the thread with reactions from Vin's moderators during Nobody's Home. Also, they didn't blacklist ACAB- it's trickled in during the week streams so it was definitely Sphynx and Mono busting ass and just timing people out with chatty or something. It's what Desert says he uses for his chat experience iirc.

Started watching this through, just got irritated at how chat begs him to play Persona. The dude's what? nearing 40? Never liked anime? He would either get bored of Persona or hate it. Persona is wish fulfillment teen-early 20's weeaboo pandering at its finest. Anybody who watched Vinny should know he wouldn't like it.
Why do these people need their internet funnymen to like everything they like?
(I'm a little moti, I know.)
I like how this post is more than half a year old but this issue has only gotten worse recently after Persona 4 got on steam. It's part of why this most recent smash stream is unbearable cause people literally won't shut the fuck up about Persona.

Oh, okay. Thank you for the response and info. I appreciate it. Also, yes, Vapewizard; Vinny genuinely seems to have gotten angry and bitter during that stream. Not just his usual complaining; legitimate "fuck you" energy emanated off of him.

If if would be fitting to do Persona stream for anyone relevant enough from Vinesauce, that'd be Rev. He seems to be the only one of them who's comfortable with weeb shit, going as far as playing Danganronpa. Maybe he already did that, I don't follow him much and might've missed it.

I also checked Vinesauce twitter for whatever reason, and noticed this peculiar name change of Direboar.

I hope his support of questionable movements won't affect the direction of Variety is Hope donations.

Rev hasn't played a Persona game, but I could see it after playing Daganronpa. His chat is smaller and he still has fun with dumb anime shit that he hates like 999.

I find large Twitch chats useless personally, it's impossible to follow any kind of conversation in it. Unless it invades the charity stream through donation messages or something it'll be fine for me. Considering I think that everyone involved wants minimal drama during the charity stream for PCRF's sake, I don't see a lot of it invading stream beyond maybe a basic "all people deserve dignity and justice" or something.

Considering they're both Vinesauce-adjacent, I'd figure I'd share Mike's and Fred Knudsen's podcast about the Groverhaus from SomethingAwful. They contrast each other well in my opinion and I'd suggest giving it a chance even if you're not a fan of Mike's normal stuff. The Mobility Mary one was really good too.
