As insane as it might seem, they want to be attacked by police. Those spergs you see pacing back and forth shouting at police lines are trying to goad them into a response. They can then use this as a means of galvanizing their "we're fighting a fascist state" propaganda. This is why they shriek about the Geneva convention. They really believe they are fighting a war, and therefore rules of engagement apply. But they only apply to the police, of course.

They're talking about the cops using intimidation tactics while stalking the cops the entire way, threatening and ridiculing them. These lowlifes have no shame.
