I've always been a bit confused at the hostility towards white people married to blacks/asians, but I think I might have figured it out. Being actually married to an asian is probably the closest a white person can get to actual evidence of not being a racist. They hate that. If they're not able to call you a racist, they lose their power. So any time a guy pipes up to say "huh, my wife wasn't offended by that" they have to go ballistic and accuse the guy of talking over minorities, "hijacking", etc.

I don't know what they were expecting with Cyberpunk, they made relatively easy fix to solve the tranny issues yet they still think this is not enough and want them to make all these expensive voiceovers for every single tranny gender combination out there.

It’s interesting that today, unlike in Gibson’s time, the idea that corporations are evil simply to sell stuff for you has turned out to be kind of silly. Now, corporations and technology are only dangerous insofar as they enable the attack dogs to cancel you.
