In fact, his alias Scuffed Jim Carrey comes from "scuffed" being a takeaway meme in IPs streaming fanbase, much like the adding of "Andy" to the end of streamer names in the same vein. He only rebranded to Scuffed Justin Carrey to try to make his stream more independant using his personal name (Justin) very recently. When you search Scuffed Justin Carrey it still brings up all his old content under the Jim era including his twitter he hasn't bothered to rename yet.
