Reading the actual articles it looks like Russia may have done bounties on "US coalition forces", which the media is saying technically includes US forces too. Tho given coalition forces often ends up meaning 'friendly' terrorists you could read it as Russia giving funding to some Afghan government (or pseudo government?) to kill some terrorists.

Haha no. The only areas that this stupid asshole is right about are Denver and Austin (with Virginia too). The rest are experiencing migration out due to fucked taxes or due to fucked crime rates. Driving there to work is entirely due to them having a massive employment problem within.
