I seem to have dispraportionate amounts of sympathy for people with addiction issues (I'm sympathetic to Ralph too despite what a trash fire he is), and while I think the Coke head Andy thing is over blown and is more a likes to go to parties and snort some lines now and again.... it's pretty clear the guy has issues functioning without something in his system be it Pot, alcohol, or whatever.

I think Andy is stupid and didn't know what the laws were with Guns and tried to be Billy Bad Ass, then took money meant for his friend. What he did to that guy was scummy... But if I were packing the last thing I would do is listen to one of the idiots escalating things. Not to say it's that guys fault either, he clearly was under threat but Andy and Failure made shit way worse.

The last thing I would peg Dax as is anti-semetic. Even in alt-right circle jerks of Isreal bashing he always tries to steer people to emulating what the Jewish people do because it is logical and effective. The closest he came to bashing Isreal was being critical of that anti-Isreal boycott bill because it infringes on free speech and even started off by saying something like "I didn't even want to support anyone who would boycott Isreal but after this crap, kinda makes me want to" which is very mild. Ralph has no other real options. Even if he picks up a trade, he'll be making bottom dollar and treated/paid like shit by the companies that would take him. Warski.... Poor kid. Dude had to move back home and has publicly talked shit about Repzion learning to become a welder (honestly that is a respectable decent paying living). Waski will have to hit rock bottom and not rise again before getting a real job... and he will scrape by off of stuff online as long as people pay him.
Jim? Who knows what he does IRL but his drinking and driving record would be an issue getting employed.
Joosh? I mean, it seems clear he enjoys freelance contract work and running this site. He seems to have issues with authority but I don't know that for sure. Joosh could get a job after controversy blows over but as for currently he is super picky and selective (as far as I know, which isn't much).
Nick still practices Law if I am not mistaken but now is more selective in what he takes. He can always keep being a Lawyer. Honestly I think Nick is the most respectable of anyone in the sweepy squad.

Welders with even the smallest bit of business sense can make 300K+ a year if they're willing to work remotely, and Ralph's physique wouldn't get in the way of him making six figures as a trucker if he worked in a similar industry. Their substance issues would be considered mild if they were working in mining or oil and gas. Tradesmen can make stupid good money and are in extreme demand in certain sectors, but it's not easy work.
