U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

Huh, that's weird, because I remember on the SPLC website, there was a hate group map that showed the hate groups in the USA, and that BLM was one of them.
That was probably when BLM supported Palestinian rights. I think they've dropped that stance lately. I couldn't find any mention of it at all on their website, but there are some older Ferguson riot era articles that were written about their BDS support being "problematic".

Lol some of the greatest human atrocities in history were created under Christianity. Stop getting philosophical, what you really want is a return to the early internet era.
Stalin/many late 20th-century commies didn't believe in any "imaginary skydaddies" and killed more people than Christians could even dream of.

Bi-daily skitzopost on how the DSA is responsible for all this shit.

The next manufactured protest. Let me guess everything will remain the same but some minor comment will be used to incite a bunch of sluts to riot and protest once again.

Tooling around on 4chan for some more info on everyone's favourite revolutionary meteorologists came across this and it just wouldn't leave me so I had to look into it.

Also OT but I found this vid and immediately I thought of @The Last Stand and in the interest of a bit of levity in these trying times here's some golden age actresses flubbing their lines.
Really interesting connection you've found digging into that old magazine. Makes me wonder how many of those that wrote similar articles in the past are active in the current extreme left.

Also towards your OT: That clip of the camera following Jimmy Stewart always makes me smile :). I would also like to throw my hat into the OT pile to help lighten the mood with an incredibly well timed video of classic hollywood stars dancing (turn on cc to find out in which movies) to Uptown Funk.

The realization that it makes more sense that there is probably no god(s) was actually profoundly disappointing to me. It was something I didn't want to be true and it left a hole. As far as religion goes, I'm fine with any branch of it that's been de-fanged. As long as it's just a fun club that gives people a sense of place in the universe without them destroying others who don't share their beliefs, I'm fine with them. I'd have to say Islam is the current most fanged religion, so that's actually the one I had the most problems with. People can still protest with signs about God Hates Fags, and I don't actually care. Words can hurt, but not when you make peace with yourself, then it just becomes part of the tapestry of life. Killing people because they are gay is beyond where I have drawn the line.
As far as religion is considered I'd probably fall into agnostic when it comes to the whole debate, it may be seen as the lazy mans "out" when dragged into such debates, but I find either side of the coin is too absolute given the subject. I'm not bothered by people that believe in god(s) nor those that don't, as long as they are reasonable about it.

Funny you should mention that:

This is the problem of the left. Their leaders believe one thing and tell their masses another (right has it too but nothing compared to the left with this). Here is the negative result (as you show): The ground forces make their own opinions, which are in line with the lie they're told, but against the truth of their owners. This is why they are so heavy handed with removing free will, so only the narrative can survive in the public sphere.

Ehn, I’m not religious, but I don’t hate Christianity. It’s so entwined with the culture I grew up in, I think a lot of people are culturally Christian even if they’re not church goers.
"Cultural Christianity" doesn't exist in the US. There's an echo of Christianity in certain public holidays, and Christian iconography is used in TV and movies because it looks cool, but the mores, philosophical underpinnings, and language of Christianity are largely absent. Non-Christians are unlikely to understand even semi-technical Christian terminology and have only a shallow understanding of a handful of Christian symbols. We can't use Christian ideas to communicate with them, because the non-Christian majority doesn't understand those ideas. There is no sense of shared Christian history as Christian history--it is more likely felt as a history of Christian oppression.

(And that doesn't just apply to "cultural Christianity," but increasingly every element of Western Civilization.)

Other countries have state-supported or established churches and the religion seeps a bit more into their culture, but in an enervated and useless form. Oil executives becoming archbishops and prancing about with royalty, lesbian bishops turning cathedrals into mosques, that sort of thing.

I'd really like it if Atheists would at least pretend they are anything more than anti-Christian. Like where are the criticisms against Hindu anti-Muslim programs in India or extreme Buddhism in Burma Myanmar? I could mention stuff about Islam too but honestly that is just low hanging fruit. You only hear about Christian and only Christian atrocities from people who supposedly claim to be against religion in general.

Now to be fair: I don't really care about any of the above incidents I listed, I just find the double-standards rather tiresome.

I'm against all these religions, I just don't talk or think about them because I don't know too much about those situations, and mostly I don't care since I don't care about every problem in the world. I'm not an activist. They don't relate to my everyday life. The only atheists that are only anti-Christian are the woke left that just hate any religion they associate with white people.

I don't, uh.. I don't think you were supposed to say that out loud.

Yeah, Metokur was talking about that earlier. Amazing that we're literally seeing Hitler being brought back via BLM.

Wonder if BLM openly talking about the Jewish Question will be enough to get the faux-woke corporations and media to turn on them?

Apparently ran into this video today, something about Trump shitposting a video which had some boomer shout "White Lives Matter". Can't find it on the Twtter feed so he must have deleted it. I was wondering why on /pol/ yesterday, there were talking about how Trump knows about (((Them))).

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Matt Gaetz trying to counteract the "white privilege" narrative but it will fail sadly as the majority of most minorities only care about themselves and not American tradition much.
