DA is a hothouse for perversion and insanity, regardless of how good some users' art is. It's more subtle in some than others but nonetheless, there is almost always a greasy pole of depravity, chartable in a user's output on there. Recently had a guy (a brony, of course) shitting up a forum with page-long manifestos about the evils of commies and liberals, turns out via his DA page that he's a britbong living in a homeless shelter, which is a pretty fucking far cry from being the gun-toting freedom fighter that he wished he was.

So parallel realities and simulations, eh? One could argue that quantum mechanics and relativity point toward computational optimization of this reality. On a more fundamental philosophical question one could argue that everything in our fantasies are just as real as everything else, since everything we experience is just electrical signals in our brains anyway.
Neither makes cartoon ducks real and people lusting after teenage fictional characters, be them human, duck, or scottish, any less deranged.

By the way, for quite some time I have been trying to write a book. At the moment, I am still at the concept phase and I am making up characters, events, basic plot lines, then I draw images and write notes.

I haven't yet started to write at all. It's going to be a space-fantasy-novel set in the 28th century, set in our local group (cluster of galaxies). A female Dictator, that is as cruel as she's fat, called "The Fat One" wants to rule over the universe. She was born in the 21st century on terra, was evil and mean, dissed people, who dissed back, The Fat One went berserk, is banned from Earth and ends up on a different planet, wants to take over control there, fails over and over, and tries to bring the local group under her tyrannical rule.

[The novel] is about giant space battles and coolness. The evil is personified by a giant tyrannical Empire of Cruelty, the good side is an equally large monarchistic Empire of Goodness.

At the moment, I do not know how to start. I don't even know which language to use, cause it's supposedly impossible find a publisher in Germany, or rather it's supposed to be hard, cause German publishers prefer to buy American livenses and translate that, instead of accepting works by different authors. Otherwise, this kind of work [ie: his own novel] is deemed "trash".

That part about "The Fat One" sounds like something straight from OPL about Mary Lee Walsh. I would not be surprised if this ties into him being forced to leave his school.

Broadly speaking: After elementary school, in Germany you're send to either the Hauptschule (preparation for handcraft), Realschule (preparation for administrative work and for mercantile related jobs) and Gymnasium (preparation for academic work and fields). Webby originally went to the Gymnasium, but was downgraded for being a sperg and graduated from a Realschule instead.

The quote was a respond in the german thread for Drachenlord (Dragonlord) and points out the a-logging of paying the mother a visit (keep in mind that she distanced herself from her son and doesn't want to be involved in the drama and fled the internet). It's all in German and you can't read it without making an account. But never fear, as I wade through the sewage, I make screenshots of everything vaguely interesting.
Seems Webby tried to coax photos from every girl with a "ask [user] anything" thread.
