Nah, they're unpersoning Rowling and "critically rereading" the books (aka reading them like they would have anyways, just with more Twitter virtue signalling) now. You're also being really optimistic if you think they could wrap their heads around something like "Dune" or "American Gods".

Nobody tell them that keeping public interest on Rowling is also keeping her relevant-from what I can tell the spinoff movies get lousy reviews but still bring in a small fortune because her name is attached.

Blob's an interesting case. About a decade ago he did make decent and informative videos about comics, games, and film. Even though they were more in the "informed amateur" category and not very deep, they were at least good at piquing interest and getting people to look at more authoritative sources for more than surface-level analysis. Then the Anita, Mark Waid/Dan Slott, and Disney brain worms got to him and he went to shit, and since 2016 has been barely afloat on orange man bad.

I don't know if the title has a character limit, because if it doesn't I'd have put "willfully stupid" instead.
