Tucker is completely on point as he tends to be these days.
If (and seemingly, once) Trump loses and Democrats win the Senate and keep the House, it will usher in essentially a revolutionary change and almost certainly eternal one party rule.
This is the year America as we know it collapses.
Possibly.
If Trump wins 2020 and the Republicans can keep the Senate, I think this year could also be the "grand finale" of Current Year and the 2010's Woke Left, much like how 2000 and the first half of 2001 were more or less the "grand finale" of the hopeful optimism and prosperity of 1990's America.
If the economy rebounds enough by October and the riots fully burn out by Labor Day weekend, then Trump will have the ball in his court again, especially if Biden really does pick Kamala Harris as his VP. If Trump and Biden actually get to have the televised debates, then the odds of a Trump victory become even more likely.
I know I'll catch flak for this, but I think this coup is probably going to burn itself out after Fourth of July has finally passed.
As it is, the mainstream media's been slowly creeping away from pro-BLM sentiment and focusing more on concerns over a second wave of COVID-19 and now that the Karens of all people are rising up against Antifa and BLM while Trump is also trying to crack down on Antifa and BLM covertly via federal arrests and defending monuments, I think that this coup has gone haywire for both the Woke Left and the neoliberal Democrats who back them.
The DNC and their corporate collaborators have rapidly lost control of the monster they created, and if Trump can pull a win in 2020 and the GOP can keep control of the Senate, they'll know 2016 was not a fluke and will cut the line on Antifa, the DSA, and BLM since they can no longer be controlled at this point.
Really, I think this is a 50/50 shot of going either way overall from where we're standing at right now, even with Tucker's points taken into account (and he does bring up several good points)
In the absolute most optimistic best-case scenario where Trump wins a second term and the GOP not only keep the Senate but can also regain control of the House (if this somehow does actually happen, it'll be a narrow majority) then I'd expect a genuine full-on backlash with lots of executive orders, legislation being fast-tracked as much as possible, and more stacking of the federal judiciary against the DNC and the Left.
Right now, I'm giving Trump a 60/40 shot of winning a second term since Biden is a pathetic candidate and the most likely VP picks (Kamala Harris and Susan Rice) are also pretty toxic and despised themselves so he's still got a narrow advantage against Biden so long as Tucker doesn't accidentally blackpill and demoralize too many Boomer and Gen X conservatives.
I'd say it'll be a 50/50 shot of the Senate remaining in Republican hands and a 30/70 chance that they can gain a narrow majority and take control of the House.
