Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Welcome to hell, Chantal. Say goodbye to fried breading, potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. No sugary sauces. Even fruits and starchy vegetables are very limited on a diabetic diet. I see some epic freakouts and failures coming up soon.

We all know Chantal is stupid enough to believe switching her soda for diet and getting sugar-free gummies is all she has to do to keep her beetus in check. Remember, she stated fruit / fructose isn't sugar.

Why the random mention about putting down another deposit? Who is she trying to fool at this point?
It’s kind of the same idea as when she impulsively got rid of her car that one time- she thinks the doctor’s beetus plan will “force” her to lose a bunch of weight. This shot of confidence is what inspired her to lock in that deposit.

I am shocked this comment wasn't nuked.

Peetz does not like pasta that is not spaghetti shaped? Is this a joke? He refuses to eat vegetables, does not like pasta that are of certain shapes and is obsessed with comic books... When is he going to demand dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets with a glass of chocolate milk before bedtime? He might as well just go all-in into diaper fetishism as it is the only way any woman other than his mother and Chantal will ever pay attention to him. He is not looking for a partner but a caretaker that will cook and clean for him so it fits with what he wants.
This guys autism is great. Its like watching a child pretend to be an adult.

I bet one of the first things she did when she found out was cry to Malan, thinking that maybe she could guilt him into taking her back.

As for Peetz, I wonder if she told him that he couldn't order take-out for himself anymore because it would be unfair to her. I wouldn't put it past her.

...this "thing" she was going through last week may have led to yesterday's I've-Got-The-Blues video and her recent acquisition and frantic showing-off of health products, supplements, and meals. I've speculated that there is something very wrong with her health, much more than what we know, and perhaps she learned of it and is wretchedly trying to reverse it.

I am going to self-fellate here for calling this one yesterday.

However, I don't want this to be true. Her revolting mukbangs have become part of my daily routine, and Health Guru Chantal is infuriating when she isn't hilarious. Unless this results in her cramming overpriced, toxic "sugar-free" items down her throat and carrying on as usual, I may have to gravitate elsewhere. But there really is room for no one else--Chantal's my main gal!

Once again this fat baby with no self control threw a tantrum when her doctor told her she can't have sugar and carbs. The 'you can't tell me what to do' monster came out and she decided to keep this a secret until Canada day, so she could have a few 'last hurrahs' with that monsterous dish of pasta and whatever bbq assortment was served at her families gathering (and I'm sure another fast food funeral) without backlash. Gonna start fresh after the holiday and become a healthy skinny legend just in time for that trip, and just like temptation island, some super hot buff Dominican stud is gonna drop his hot skank gf off his arm right then and there at the first glance of her and sweep her right off her dainty feet, carry her to her one person room and make passionate love to her while confessing his undying love at the same time.
.
Her body might as well be one of those rubbish bins you have in the garage that's been beaten and abused and has that sticky black gunk in the bottom of it that you can't wash out anymore and has a putrid smell emitting from it. All you can do is throw it out at that point bc there's no saving it.

She’ll just be like all the deathfats with Beetus. They eat what they want, inject themselves with insulin when binging, lose a foot, then two, then have a heart attack and die.

Nobody has lost weight when they aren’t ready to, disease or no. And we know she’s not ready and is resentful as hell this happened. As soon as she sort of learns how to adjust her blood sugar with medicine, that’s what she’ll do.

Where are people getting the idea that she and Peetz had a falling out? Not that I necessarily doubt it but we basing that only on making that snotty comment about the chair? She seems like the type of person that makes shitty little comments about everybody. I’m more inclined to believe she’s been in a bad mood because she found out diabetes a week ago but she didn’t say anything because she wanted to do a few more Mukbang’s a la her fast food funeral.

This... this will be what really gets Chantal to turn things around. This time for sure. For real.

Lol, not really. She won't stay on any diet. Never met a diabetic who actually follows their prescribed diet for more than a few weeks at most. Chantal sure as hell won't.

I've known my share of diabetics. They stay on the diet at first, they get spooked. And get ready for a big grocery haul of all the special food she "has to" have now. You don't eat to the point of fucking up your pancreas without being a good consoomer. New diabetics get a small rush from buying different packages, even if it's sugar-free or whatever. If the nutritionist gives a small list of approved junk for if you just can't resist, multiples will be purchased because "they said it was ok."

But eventually, a balance is found. They go back to their old ways as much as possible. Through trial and error (yes, even medical emergency-level "error"), they will learn what they can get away with. What causes a reaction, how much they can have, how to time it. You'll see them eat garbage, but you can't ever "shame" them by asking if it's safe for them to have that. (Yet have a gathering without providing diabetic-friendly options, they will pull some "You know I can't eat any of this!" drama.)

This is how every diabetic I've known comes to handle it. If they stuck to the diet, they'd probably lose weight and reverse the condition. And this is Chantal, so. She probably won't even bother to try to handle it "her way." After a few hours of trying to stick to her new eating guidelines, she'll have the biggest binge ever.

I wonder if she'll backtrack like fat Amy and eventually say it was just "a little bit" of diabetes and she's over it, to try to shut up anyone calling out her poor eating.

She will stick to the Beetus diet as steadfastly as she stuck to her doctor's diet in the weeks leading up to her hysterectomy. If something tangible like having your innards removed doesn't get you to mend your ways, then why would a more abstract, theoretical amputation down the road get you to change?

If anything, she may up her junk food intake to make up for lost sugar. After all, she will reason, fast food isn't sugary food (ignorant, of course, that it is)

When did she get this bad news? Today is Canada Day & doctors' offices are closed.
I assume she got the news last week, hence the community post about "going through some difficult transitions and just need a bit of time". Betting she played the poor me card when she told momma and grams so the end of month cash grab was a bit larger this time.

She’ll just be like all the deathfats with Beetus. They eat what they want, inject themselves with insulin when binging, lose a foot, then two, then have a heart attack and die.

I mean, losing half a leg to beetus is an effective, fast and permanent weight loss.

Never met a diabetic who actually follows their prescribed diet for more than a few weeks at most. (...)

This is how every diabetic I've known comes to handle it. If they stuck to the diet, they'd probably lose weight and reverse the condition.

I know of one. Only one. Diagnosed at 42yo, managed to lose enough weight to avoid insulin injections for 30 years while sticking to the strict diet 95% of the time. Eventually the illness still caught up with him and he had to start injections at 72yo. These people are very rare, and even with such discipline they can't reverse the illness... they can only control it better and postpone the injections for a few years or a few decades.

Chantal won't be one of them.
