He just admitted he didn't pay any taxes last year but wants to be put back on the same payment plan. He's worried they may put a lien on his house though. The tax plan apparently got cancelled on him, so his tax guy told him not to bother paying at all until they can get the new plan set up.

Then he teased the possibility that he would put the green screen up once he is over the tax hurdle. After shitting on it for years. Apparently 'all the hipster streamers are doing it', but also he wants to get on board with that. For some reason suddenly.

Now he's begging for money because he is 'admittedly on a high-high', but he is programmed to think a 'low-low' is coming. Hint-hint.

Meaning, for example, how hilarious would it be for him to lie about a lien being a possibility for the purpose of extracting cash from his paypigs, only to have it actually take place?

I mean, when you think about it, the bankruptcy court never set its will upon wrecking Phil's life the way they could/should have, and that's probably the real reason he got his Chapter 7. I'm not counting on the IRS doing what they elected not to, but he IS nonetheless, more than likely, working on motivating them to.

I praise your faith in humanity, but Lycifersoul is a long-time financial supporter and DSP knows the email addresses of his whales by heart, and would've 100% either not addressed the tip or simply called it out for being "a troll, trying to impersonate someone" like he usually does.
