What needs to change? What metrics and tests can be performed to show that we have made progress or fixed the problem? Can the problem be fixed? Does the problem actually exist in the first place?

Funnily enough, removing in-group bias is a realistic goal. White shitlibs already have negative ingroup bias. It's taken decades of one-sided browbeating by the entire educational establishment to get this way, so I doubt it can be done to more than one race at a time though.

Out of all the big box stores, Walmart seems most fed up. I think they said they wouldn’t rebuild in Chicago either.

I should clarify. I have been on hiring committees and this girl would have been an automatic reject.

She has some long term positions at advocacy organizations but most of them attract impassioned activists not a cubicle dwellers like accounting firms want. Think of beanie man...that is the typical advocacy organization employees.

If it came down to two people with similar educational experience and the other choice would be a waiter at that had worked in fine dining for four years, I would take the waiter everytime.
