I think you've hit upon the truth there. Dear old boxysharts' positions are so far removed from reality that his presence in the US doesn't make any tangible sense - it is far more likely he looks up to his alt-right heroes from his damp whore shack in Flipland and tries to dictate the New Boxy Order there. Given his consistent fabrications and non-existent knowledge base on common American attitudes it would make a lot more sense (nb: Boxy inherently makes no sense by default, take this with big YMMV)

I think it's because similar to how the Christians like to believe that there's a Big Sky Daddy who is the beginning and end of everything, orthodox autists like to believe in a super-sperg, who transcends normal autism and provides an impossibly high level of autism* that makes their own seem relatively normal.

* the kind of high level you'd have if Duckfucker and Flipfag actually were the same person. That much concentrated exceptionalism in one body? It'd have to be a deity of some sort, such retardation is not meant for the minds of man.

Before @BoxerShorts47 tries to repeat his claim that "autism" is internet speak for "high IQ", I'd like to remind him that he is a fucking retard. His IQ isn't even room temperature, it's below freezing. And no, I'm not talking about degrees Kelvin.

Unless when he says "IQ", he means "Immigrant Queer", in which case, his "IQ" is stratospheric. As a Flip, he's definitely an immigrant, assuming he actually is hiding in a basement somewhere in the continental US, like he claims.
