One of the odd benefits to being an atheist conservative is that you can pick any religion to pretend to believe in when it all goes to shit.
Eh, good luck with JWs they tend to keep close eyes on all members and have things to identify them selves to other members, I think it was Telltale went with an ExJW to one of their national "compounds" and even though the exJW was able to BS his way in to it using his knowedge the JWs were watching them like hawks.

In Provo, Utah a heavily armed seemingly well drilled militia group of "concerned citizens" turned out. Apparently they even had a sniper on overwatch on a building after a driver was shot at a BLM protest in Provo the day before.

No further incidents reported at the event as a result...
I thought we'd see guys like this if shit got too crazy in downtown SLC. Protect Temple square and what not.

They have good gatekeeping skills. Even if JWs can be annoying, I respect the fact they check people so hard.

I had a conversation with someone about the spike, and when I told them it's because of these protests they responded with "But the protests have a good message and needed to happen."

Even if Blacks have been oppressed forever, what would a few more month's difference make beyond making all the sacrifices of this year worthwhile? Now because of them, we've negated the value of all this social distancing.

One to make you laugh and one to make you puke.

First, little Claira was NEVER an employee of Deloitte. She was just going to have a two-week internship. She's still radioactive to professional employers.

Deloitte says Harvard grad who wept dramatically over loss of ‘dream job’ was NEVER an employee

The story involving Harvard graduate Claira Janover has taken on bizarre elements of a Seinfeld episode after the company she claimed she was fired from said that she never worked for them.

A teary-eyed Janover said she was fired from her “government and public-service analyst” job at Deloitte amid the fierce backlash over her threatening to stab anyone who dare to say “All Lives Matter,” rather than Black Lives Matter.

The only problem with Janover playing the victim is that Deloitte confirmed that she was never an employee of the company, the Daily Mail reported Friday.

Deloitte managing director Jonathan Gandal told the British tabloid that Janover “has never been an employee of our organization.”

Instead, according to Gandal, she was “formerly scheduled for a two-week internship later this summer.”
All of which calls to mind the Seinfeld character Cosmo Kramer getting fired from the fictional company Brandt/Leland, which he “accidentally” began working for, though he was never hired.

The offer of an internship was withdrawn because the professional services firm has a company policy forbidding threatening violence.

“Deloitte unequivocally stands against the legacy of systemic bias, racism, and unequal treatment that continues to plague our communities,” Gandal said. “We encourage and support our colleagues to speak out on these issues of critical importance to society, but our policies strictly prohibit invoking or threatening violence.”

After posting the threat in a Tik-Tok video, Janover returned to the scene of the crime to blubber about the consequences of her irresponsible actions.

“Standing up for Black Lives Matter put me in a place online to be seen by millions of people,” Claira cried, painting herself as a martyr. “The job that I worked really hard to get and meant a lot to me has called me and fired me because of everything.”

Naturally, it was the fault of Trump supporters.

“Trump supporters took my job away from me,” Claira whined. “I have gotten death threats, rape threats, violent threats. Now my future’s entirely compromised because Trump supporters have decided to come for my life.”
She also trashed Deloitte in the video, accusing the company of being “cowardly” and informed them that she was going to be “an indelible change in the world.”

“You guys suck,” Janover declared. “I’m too strong for you. I am too strong for any of you, All Lives Matter racist Trump supporters. It sucks but it doesn’t suck as much as systemic racism.”

“I’m sorry, Deloitte, that you can’t see that,” she added. “That you were cowardly enough to fight somebody who’s going to make an indelible change in the world and is going to have an impact.”

While the Ivy League grad got her due, before you start feeling there may still be hope for society, classmates have started a GoFundMe campaign “to compensate slightly for her loss of income.”

From the job she never had.

The page says “Claira is not in a financially stable situation,” and adds that said she is “an orphan with no living blood relatives who lost her single mother in 2019 to ovarian cancer and she attended Harvard on full financial aid.”
To date, $8.525 has been collected from “The Claira Janover is Incredible Fund.”

(Have submitted fraud complaint to GoFundMe. Got response email back, starting, " Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Trust & Safety team will be investigating the campaign and taking appropriate action." - JS)

Neighbors turn on St Louis who defended home with guns, call actions a ‘horrific event’
July 3, 2020 | Frieda Powers | Print Article

The St. Louis couple who defended their home from Black Lives Matter protesters is now facing the condemnation of neighbors.

More than two dozen of Mark and Patricia McCloskey’s neighbors wanted to be clear they did not support the weapons-carrying couple who gained attention in a widely-seen video defending their home from protesters who broke through a gate to enter the private neighborhood on Sunday.

A letter was released from residents of Westmoreland Place on Wednesday condemning the “horrific event” and the actions of the Central West End couple, according to KMOV.

“Westmoreland Place and its adjoining street Portland Place are a historic neighborhood within the City of St. Louis, Missouri,” the letter signed by 38 neighbors read.

“From many walks of life, people choose to make this neighborhood home for many reasons, including the sincerity, empathy and neighborliness exhibited by the vast majority of those who live here,” the letter continued.

“Some of us choose to speak up following the horrific event that transpired on Sunday evening near our homes. As the undersigned, we condemn the behavior of anyone who uses threats of violence, especially through the brandishing of firearms, to disrupt peaceful protest, whether it be in this neighborhood or anywhere in the United States,” the McCloskeys’ neighbors wrote.

“As residents of Westmoreland Place,” the letter concluded, “we seek positive action and constructive dialogue that builds and maintains a civil and good society.”

The couple was not only misrepresented by the liberal media in original reports on the incident, but they have also allegedly received death threats and have had no success in getting local law enforcement or city officials to weigh in or provide protection.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson called attention to their plight on his show Thursday, revealing that an attack on them is planned for the weekend and they have been unable to secure any protection or help.

Carlson noted that Republican Gov. Mike Parson, himself a former sheriff, has not reached out to the couple even though he could send state troopers out to their home to offer some protection.

“Parson hasn’t even picked up the phone to speak to them. He doesn’t care. Obviously nobody cares,” Carlson said.
The St. Louis police are reportedly investigating if the protesters can be charged with fourth-degree assault by intimidation or trespassing for breaking into the gated community. A Change.org petition calling for the couple to be disbarred has reached over 41,000 signatures.

Apparently the neighbors in the private community who are upset about threats of violence have not sent any kind of letter of admonishment to the “peaceful” protesters. Twitter users slammed the neighboring homeowners for being “cowards” against the mob and for claiming there was a “violent response.”

Least they now know who not to invite to their Christmas party.

This is what happens when an industry lowers its hiring standards. Every one of those except the gendered language have been industry standard language forever and there is nothing wrong with any of them. “Grandfathered” is bad because muh ageism? “Dummy value” is ableist? “Whitelist/blacklist” are raycisssss? Get fucked, you idiots. The inevitable backlash to this lunacy is going to be amazing.

Well, well, well...looks like the MPD read their union contract and found a clever way to retire early and cash in on that sweet pension. Archive

But the couple who drew guns went on record stating they support the negro lives bullshit and blamed white people.
JUST IN: St. Louis attorneys Mark and Patricia McCloskey release a statement, through an attorney, saying they support Black Lives Matter and they acted lawfully on their property. The couple, through their attorney, says "the agitators responsible for the trepidation were white"

And with the neighbors bending over backwards for the mob, I hope a group 10x as large shows up and burns the entire neighborhood to the ground.

Just wait until the mob starts a hissy-fit and starts saying shit like "Cops can't get PTSD" or "They don't deserve disability because ACAB."

"No but fuck your job, income, and family. Your financial well being is not important"
A huge portion of the people I know defending the protests are now allowed to work from home, some of them never having to return to work normally again and this is just their new lives. They're smug, making money the same as before, and in some cases are getting raises because it's easier to pay someone more to stay home than it is to maintain an office. They're disgusting people.

Thankfully, they're also becoming alcoholics and drinking on the job now because they have no one to tell them no, and most of these people are so immature that they have no self control and will spiral into a self solving alcoholism, which is just karmic justice in the end.

There was a post that made its way around my sphere on Twitter a couple weeks back where you could track people posting about how they've "developed an alcohol problem" since lockdown, while also rambling nonsensically about BLM. Entertaining stuff.

Pick a user bragging about their alcohol intake, click their name, enjoy the show.

The deeper you dig, the funnier stuff you'll find. Who'dda thunk that self hating leftists would become crippling alcoholics?

The globalist dildos at cracked are assblasted about cops running over protestors that refuse to get out of the road.

But there is one sentence that is not vomit inducing:

It's hard to believe the Iowa State Patrol's official stance, that Cavil was looking to do bellyflops on top of car engines, presumably for that sweet PR, when you watch protesters getting knocked over like NPCs in Grand Theft Auto, and then without much retribution for the perpetrators, or reform to show for it.

Did they just call them NPCs?:story:

I'm skeptical of Jehovah's Witnesses because of the whole 'No Birthdays' thing.

https://www.jw.org/en/jehovahs-witnesses/faq/birthdays/

My 'religions to pretend to believe in post-apocalypse' portfolio is mostly Protestant with a few percent Mormon.

If the Morons are this prepaired for "The end of the world" I'm scared to see what the Jehovah's Witnesses have since their entire cult like religion revolves around "the end times" happening soon(tm).
Nothing. Jay Dubs are anti-preppers. Jesus is coming Real Soon Now and he's going to fix everything, so get out there and distribute literature.

The Oakland woman is apparently facing charges despite being a pregnant woman blocked in and scared intentionally by a violent angry black woman

I have no idea what you're trying to say.
i was talking about people who thought the riots wouldnt lead to crackdown by police or militia

Deloitte says Harvard grad who wept dramatically over loss of ‘dream job’ was NEVER an employee
lol why was she even crying then? these are the same fucks who dehumanize people who actually need their jobs to survive and provide for themselves or their family, fuck her

Yes Jesus is coming soon is a core belief for them, but they believe(d at one point? this is from my memory I can't find anything on it now) that they would be the ones fighting evil when it happens. They also believe they will be the only ones to live after it (no real mention if they mean in Spirit or physical form) I would suspect they would have an "the Armageddon is now" stash of weapons, food, and supplies, if not more since they are so secretive.

But there is one religion/cult of I know that has a paramilitary branch that is The Nation of Islam, its called "The Fruit of Islam"
