I would argue a bat with nails, shows a different intent then some one open carrying in a non hostile way their rifles and pistols (Which may not even be loaded). I am not saying the cops should have rushed him and got him, but its something that should be treated with caution and concern if it gets violent, Antifa has used weapons in "protests" before 2A people tend to be on their best behavior because 1) they don't want to lose their guns and 2) they know they will only give fuel to the media.

Also this is a presidental event, so it is even more stupid to have weapons here.
