Honestly, another civil war in the United States sounds more terrifying to me than another world war. Both are terrible, but it’s harder to escape the perils of a civil war (especially if it means that civilians get killed the same amount as the soldiers).

Still, there is no way McLuhan could have conceived of the monster that is social media, so I'm willing to credit him. The Left are engaging in an unarmed war of demoralization. I will admit that it is having a frighteningly profound effect. But the Left tends always to overplay their hand. It is virtually impossible to meet the standards of purity that "intersectionality" demand. As such, it is prone to collapse in on itself as fewer and fewer exist to meet the bar. What is most concerning is that someone shrewd enough to maneuver and take hold could position themselves in such a way as to actually lead. There are many examples of such individuals throughout history, and they have all proven to be shrewd and brutal. That is the point at which one/we should be prepared for the worst.

Honestly the first step to countering this nonsense has already been reached, by noting that Intersectionality is a religion. Right now both government and corporate structures have been powerless to tell these people to fuck off because they wrapped themselves in the aura of academic science and political "ideas". And our systems checks and balances have a hard time bringing the hammer down on that. But religions? We have centuries of codified law and precedent for dealing with those.

They let the mask slip too soon. The vast majority of America now sees them for what they are. The problem is how pervasive they have become in key power nodes. It makes them seem like a larger force then they truly are.
