So, more than likely this person is very young. I can see them taking a break from the community at some point and coming back and realising the game isn't yet out and still looks the same, while professional and indie companies have been churning out quality games in the same amount of time. This is what causes a lot of people to open their eyes, from what I've witnessed.

What is this about buying a subreddit anyway? Who did he buy it from originally?

Mods on his original subreddit got sick of him and demoded him, he moved to another one, but was salty about it for a long time. After some time he proposed to buy his old subreddit, because he couldn't handle the fact, that people talk shit about him somewhere, but de-facto leader at the time refused. He wasn't much better than Alex though, so he run away in the end. After that old mods decided, that it wasn't worth it and agreed to sell it. IRC, Alex originally wanted to pay 10 000 the first time, then he proposed 1000, but in the end raised it to 3000 by himself for some autistic reason. After that original subreddit has been purged and a lot of people were banned. In fact, today we've found out, that banlist had 5000 accounts total.

I need you to understand how ad infested this page is. When I go onto his email my ad blocker detects and blocks 51 ads, the entire right hand sidebar is devoted to ads, and if I turn it off, I see that it inserts fake emails as ads into the email feed. I could not possibly imagine a worse place to use as an email host, if Alex is smart he'll take the opportunity to reset everything with a new email that doesn't fuck him over a table every second, holy shit.
