even for a real woman that would be tough. most men want a woman who is shorter than they are, not a hulking giantess who stands a full head taller than the average man even before shoes come into play. not a deal breaker on its own, but it definitely makes things complicated.

then again, on the dating market,being a very tall woman is a complete non-issue compared to being a fucking tranny. there's a sizeable amount of dudes who will be head over heels for a tall femdom/mommy/amazon gf, but being a tranny is a complete death sentence.

The "glistening ham" look can just be caused by age, weight gain, drinking/smoking/drugs. In Kevin's case, yeah he's been on estrogen for a few years, but he was a hormonally normal dude for decades before that. A lot of the effects of testosterone are cumulative and permanent.

That said, there are MtFs who go on estrogen and it makes them lose a lot of fat from their faces, starkly revealing their bone structure....but that didn't really happen to Kevin.
