I agree wholeheartedly with the rest of your post, but wanted to expand on this bit specifically. This process starts young - women now are expected to put their kids in daycare so young, that I do wonder what it does for the parental bonds. Most families need two adults working these days, and stay at home mums are frowned on in many circles. What effect does putting a child in daycare at 3 months have? We all work such long hours, many of us barely see our kids, we delegate a massive chunk of child rearing to the state. And as you point out, those replacement adults don’t always have the same morals the parents do.
Worse, it’s a double hit - the bonds to the real parents are weakened and this means that children are more susceptible outside influences. I’m being hypocritical because I work, and I wouldnt want a return to the days when women couldnt work, but the system we have now is not good for the family as a unit. The family unit is the basis of human society, we evolved in small kinship bands made up of several families Loosely tied to other similar bands.
I wonder often about how we live now and how it is stressing us and making us suffer psychologically. Cities are behavioural sinks, we have such limited access to nature, we are confined to desks when we have evolved moving. We have disturbed sleep patterns, we are bombarded with stimuli and manipulated by advertising and consumerism. And worst, we are eroding the basic unit of sanity which is the family.
When I see commies pushing their kibbutz style child rearing, or troons alienating parents for ‘glitter families’ it seems to me to be the manifestation of this sickness.
I have no idea about how most of this will end but I think flight from cities will happen on a large scale. Humans cannot live like that and remain human. Cities breed madness and degeneracy.
So I also hope the two idiots hit by the car pull through, and grow up, and mature as well.
It seems to me as if they were waiting for a car so they could form a line and symbolically block the road. That would work for a police vehicle, but not some idiot fleeing the cops. Play stupid games...
