I was browsing their channel and it looks like they're not doing so well.

This shit is wild depressing. I hope she can pull out of this and the whole family can start to eat healthier.

This is just the sad reality of over-eating and the damage it can cause, both emotional and physical. Whilst I can't say I feel empathy for their situation (unless something comes forward about a disability causing it - cue optimistic ratings), I do feel pity for them. This person might die over something that could have been easily avoided.

I would say they're a mesh of lolcow and sadcow, they lack a lot of awareness (posting shitty vlogs where they fart and stuff their faces) but their situation just seems more sad than anything else.

I'm pretty fucking fat myself and even I don't understand this. Like to maintain a weight like theirs, at well over 500 pounds, you'd have to eat over 3000 calories a day just to sit there and be alive (that's according to BMR) add about 500 cals for the activity of walking around the house and reading and interneting and it's up to 3500. Then the fact that they're gaining. You'd have to either be consuming over 4000 calories a day for that or having massive binges every other day at upwards of 10000 calories.

Compared to a normal adult male, who would eat 2000-2200 cals a day.

Like I get having an over eating disorder very personally but still, jfc. They are honestly enabling each other because you can't be this fat without putting conscious effort into it or having some kind of toxic relationship of fatty one-up-manship.
