Plagued Super Smash Bros. Community

i keep up with some pro wrestling boards and there was a similar "me too" type scandal that broke a couple weeks ago where the same type of stuff was brought up. This (smash) seems to be way worse both in the sheer scale/prevalence of criminal/wrong sexual activity AND that the Smash scandal seems more to be about children whereas the wrestling scandal was more women of age.

About the only response from the accused I've put any stock in is Mew2King's because he's admitted it's physically impossible for him to do the stuff he's being accused of, and it's a physical deformity that he's admitted to having in the past. I don't know enough about him or anyone else to really say though.

The smartest thing to do in these situations is to lawyer up or shut his fucking mouth and wait for things to play out.
It's in his best interest to lay low and address all the accusations at once, rather than address them individually.

If he had a lawyer he would've been silent instead of preemptively pretending he knows nothing because that always backfires. Jisu makes it sound like he's actually panicking behind the scenes and trying to delay the inevitable.

Wrestling is significantly worse. The entire business is predatory, both physically and financially.
And kids do get abused. mostly young teens who are trying to learn. The ring boy scandal was proof that this behaviour was/is common. Pat Patterson should be rotting in a cell.

Prolly still consulting with lawyer and reviewing drafts, if he's any smart.
They also must be collecting any evidence of his innocence and waiting for the heat to die a bit, similar to what Projared did, but because of the shitstorm on the whole community and the gravity of the accusations it seems unlikely he will bounce back like Projared did.

Jared argueably got much worse accusations and damage but his "salvation" was that they were somehwat overblown while his ex-wife was a maniac trying to destroy his life. Sky at worst he is a complacent abuse enabler (so far lol) but that's not something he can recover from. He cant prove his innocence if he is not innocent.

Projared also never stopped creating content while Sky has been irrelevant for a long time. Even if he manages do "bounce back" 6 months later, no one would care.

BTW some google drive of sky conversations JUST dropped on twitter, i'll see if i can find anything remarkable.

What I'll never understand is the validity of screenshots. Can't they just inspect element some old text and change it up to be incriminating stuff? The accused could do the same too. Twitter court is a fucking mistake.

I'm also baffled the shotacon is the only smart one to go off the grid and likely speak with a lawyer before ever getting back online.
