I'm struck by the photo the_renegade_librarian posted; it's at least eight years old, and probably older. Ryann still has one chin, a neck, and her shoulders were barely widened (and didn't have any tattoos). This photo was from the period of time when she actually was a 2-3x, and she's clung to those measurements ever since.
Just look at the size of the woman in that photo. Now imagine if you prepared a day's worth of outfits to shoot for that woman, and then in comes Ryann now at size 30+. You are in absolute horror - you've already assembled all the crew and material for the shoot at great expense and you only have the one day to work. The level of scramble to find something, anything that fits the "model" is on, and now you can't feature the pieces from your collection you had planned on showcasing through careful selection over months. You're held hostage to whatever you can squeeze onto the monster that showed up to model, or you can scrap the whole day's expense and try to start over, fucking over your advertising campaign schedule as a result.
This is why she has no clients.
