i don't even like spending $10 on a game during a steam sale. how the fuck can this dipshit blow tens of thousands of dollars on bejewelled. i would seriously kill myself if i was that pathetic
It makes me think that if he wasted this much money on an actual hobby like woodcarving he would not get this much shit, or any shit at all.

Fuck, if he wasted 40k on expensive videogame statues or any sort of collectible to this day, I wouldn't be as baffled.

I don't even think he would know himself.

He did seem awfully confident that there was just no fucking way he spent that much, and I expect that the change in his mood is at least partially attributable to it starting to dawn on him no matter what the actual number is, it's probably way too close to $140k for even him to feel like anything other than a dipshit loser.

There are so many facts about the pigroach that could easily be used to sum up the kind of existence he leads, and the fact that the mysterious money-sucking black hole turned out to be none of the many possibilities that, as you say, likely would've resulted in little to no trolling, is very much in the running for the number one spot on that list.

Did he ever? I get the feeling Rambo felt kinda bad for him and was just a really good guy. Howard was friends with Rambo and went along for the ride. You know how every group of friends always has that one asshole but he's your asshole I think Phil is the asshole

Phil's inability to keep his fucking mouth shut is the gift that keeps on giving. He admits he didn't have any friends when he was a young kid, but claims it was he always kept his toys working properly while the black neighbor kids always broke theirs & then got upset when he would not let them borrow his.

So that's autism, racism, narcissism, and a story that definitely happened for realisies all in one sentence.... Phil never changes.

Jahn Rhembo had to make 4 hour rides to Phil's Khannetikhet khando and back, that's something only a true friend would be willing to go through for another one. Alas, in his infinite wisdom Philburt pushed away his only true friend John just like he pushed away Leanna. Just look at how she used to look at him in the beginning of their relationship, she was under complete pignosis and genuinely liked Phil.
A good friend and a loving girlfriend just landed on his lap and he pissed them both away.

...claims it was he always kept his toys working properly...

The same guy who, as an adult (physically anyway), manages to break his statues despite them not being toys? Yeah, sure...

A good friend and a loving girlfriend just landed on his lap and he pissed them both away.

He does that with everything. Relationships, business opportunities, his reputation, his physical and mental health, his money...

I just want to take a minute to point something out. Phil is an even bigger idiot than it appears for spending $40,000+ on a mobile wrestling game. If Phil had incorporated this shitty game in his streams from the beginning, he'd be in a much better position for it.

One, positivity: It's a topic he's passionate about. His streams would be way more entertaining because his enthusiasm would rub off on the stream. His fans would be happier and probably more open with their wallets because Phil is happy and in a good mood, and he might actually get more people to watch just by not being a miserable prick.

Two, interaction: He's actually knowledgeable about wrestling. His streams would probably be full of shitty trivia that not many people know, every wrestler that would come up Phil would probably have a little known story to share. He could actually interact with his chat, someone would ask a wrestling question and he'd spend 10 minutes answering, instead of the one word answers he gives when someone asks him a question about anything else (unless of course it's something he's trying to hide).

Three, money: Most importantly, Phil's $40,000+ mobile game habit would probably be subsidized by Scopley. If Phil is having consistent, actually positive interactive streams, you know goddamn well they'd throw him free shit. It literally costs them nothing to give Phil a half naked sweaty man, but if Phil's streams encourage even one person to buy something in the game, it's 100% profit for Scopely.

Ironically WWE Champions could have fixed Phil's life, that's the best part. He wouldn't hate streaming so much, he'd be more likable, he'd be making more money, and he wouldn't have to hide the one thing that gives him enjoyment. But instead, Phil is a goddamn shortsighted idiot, so we are where we are now.

Nice job Phil.

I mean, I’m sure that there’s people that would watch Champions gameplay, but it’s basically shitty Bejeweled mixed with drug addiction. He could definitely do a weekly session, maybe pairing it with his shitty take on what’s going on in the world of wrasslin’. Add more variety to his stream and perhaps draw in new wheelchairs 🤔

Yeah, I was thinking his dipshit fans would watch him no matter what he's playing, even if it is just homoerotic bejeweled. He could have replaced his "chill streams" with WWE Champions and I think it would have been nothing but a benefit for him.

Others cover it but there is only one fat neckbeard that really specializes in the game but he spends a tiny fraction of what Phil does. Phil could probably easily displace him and take over the entire online market for this game simply due to being one of the top spenders in the world. It would also benefit scumly due to the keeping up with the Burnells effect of giving the audience a megawhale to emulate rather than the current more savvy frugal commentators.

...

The problem is, that it would go against all of his other narratives.

"I can't pay muh taxes, I can't afford game xyz, I don't know if I can pay muh bills, ... " - Nigga you spent on the regular on WWE Champions.

"I'm so busy, I don't have the time to exercise, I don't have time to edit videos, I'm working 18 hours a day" - NIgga you're working all right... on WWE Champions.

"I don't know what Discord is" - Yeah, except that you use it to communicate with your WWE Champions faction.

We all know it means Phil joined a 'undercover' guild that somehow 5thinks they can milk info from Phil but don't want to get doxed themselves.

This shit always happens with cows sooner or later. Its the exact kind of dumbass ops the retards that care enough to fuck with Phil would try.

But since we've already seen guild logs of the guild Phil was in for a long time, we know thats pointless. Because he'll gloat about spending (maybe their goal?) But will never give irl details. He's dumb, not stupid.

This is gonna be a lot more boring than watching him desperately flee from guild to guilI wanted to see how low he'd go.
Who knows could be an even bigger melt down after he thinks he's finally escaped the nigel'ing only for it to continue in full force.

Kind of gives me the mental image of the letter bombing from harry potter, goes to greater and greater lengths to get away then thinks moving to an isolated middle of nowhere island will be more than enough to stop it only to get flooded even harder the second its found and freak the fuck out

THIS is what I like to see. THIS is what Phil deserves. No loyalty, no hospitality, no fucking mercy. Ever. He wants a place to hide? Better be competent at it next time.

Even his fellow gacha losers, maybe the only social group he even has in his life, consider him a disposable loser. An open wallet. That's all.

After seeing more details on just how predatory WWE Champions is, I don't think there is any way that Phil could have turned it into a positive unless he started streaming the instant he found the game, hit a wall that would take too much money to get over, quit the garbage, and moved on. Which would require that the pigroach not be a pigroach.

Once Phil started whaling out, whether he was lying about it or not, it was going to become a meme that hurt his rep more than it helped his streams, because like @LostMy1stAccount says, it raises all kinds of questions about where his funds from begging really go.

There's just something deeply pathetic about dumping this much into such a sad excuse for a game. He's ruining his life over this utterly pathetic shit. He should kill himself.

Even a drug habit would have been less pathetic. Even spending $70,000 on Goldbelly pies like Lowtax would be less pathetic.

He would have to publicly admit to being completely pathetic and while it's obvious, he doesn't seem aware that being completely pathetic is basically his schtick.

If he tried to and failed, would that fall under "Only Phil could fuck that up", or "Nothing can kill the pigroach"?

What makes it worse (or better depending on your perspective) is the fact that Phil is on camera professing his keen understanding of how bad for you it is to get sucked in by such games. Granted, he only says it as a form of "debunking" the meme, but he has done it numerous times, and he looks honest enough that I don't think he's just parroting shit that smarter people said.

He would have to publicly admit to being completely pathetic and while it's obvious, he doesn't seem aware that being completely pathetic is basically his schtick.

And he wouldn't accept it even if he was aware. Just look at his mood at the suggestion that all he's known for right now is the vest. Or "these people just want to see me suffer". Phil is not a man who can laugh at himself, or stand it when someone else does.

But how awesome would it be to watch him rage pout looking for hand holding while his game gets obliterated? :story:

Or contribute something like how to win without spending as much, but it doesn't seem like that even exists for this game. You either spend money, and lots of it, or you fuck off and get nothing.

I'm sure Phil loathes playing this game. He must look dead inside while playing it.
Phil is always miserable; not only on stream. There's no passion or joy in his life.
