Ron Toye AMA - Sheepdog avoids answering your questions

Sorry, bits and pieces are coming back about this. I want to say this was discussed but someone had the theory that Vic ended up flying out so he could hang out.

The point being we already discussed this.

Well, out of curiously, I checked to see if there were any pictures of Vic at that particular convention. Even if he hadn't been an official guest, I'm sure someone would have caught a picture of him at the con. I couldn't find anything, so I checked the date of the con. Denver Comic Con 2018 took place June 15th-17th. Then I checked Vic's schedule to see if he was at a different con. He was... in Sydney, Australia. Vic was at Supanova Pop Culture Expo on those EXACT same days. So it would have been impossible for Vic to fly out to simply visit when he was attending a different con OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY.

So, I think it is safe to say this didn't happen. At least not in 2018. Vic was a guest in 2015, but Monica wasn't there... unless she went out of her way to visit... But I find it highly unlikely. Perhaps Ron can give a bit more insight. Did he mix up something? Or is it a lie? Looking at our sheepdog's track record, it is likely to just be another lie or misrepresation of the truth. But you'd think he would at least get the con right...

I am amazed that hadn’t come out earlier, that Vic wasn’t at the con.
Well, actually...
Just to entertain this idiot's theory, I went back and checked all of the dates for Denver Comic Con (now called Denver Pop Culture Con). It has been running for 8 years now, starting in 2012.

June 15-17, 2012:
Vic was in Australia (Supanova Pop Culture Expo).

May 31-June 2, 2013:
Vic was in Texas (A-Kon).

June 13-15, 2014:
Vic was in Australia (Supanova Pop Culture Expo).

May 23-25, 2015:
Vic was a guest at Denver Comic Con.
However, Monica was in Idaho (Anime Oasis).

June 17-9, 2016:
Vic was a guest at Denver Comic Con.
Monica's whereabouts were unknown.

June 30-July 2, 2017:
Vic was in Ireland (MCM Ireland Comic Con).

June 15-17, 2018:
Monica was a guest at Denver Comic Con.
However, Vic was in Australia (Supanova Pop Culture Expo).

May 31-June 2, 2019:
Monica was in Texas (Longview Comic Con).

So, for every year except 2016, either Vic or Monica was known to be at a different con during Denver Comic Con. That leaves 2016 as a plausible date. So where was Monica in 2016?

On June 11-12, she was in Australia for Oz Comic-Con Melbourne, and she returned to the states sometime between June 13-15. On the 16th, she tweeted that her "dear friend" Jamie's father had passed away... his funeral service was held on June 18, in Mustang, OK, but I was unable to determine whether Monica went there to support her friend or not. Her next recorded appearance wasn't until July when she was in Tennessee for Anime Blues Con.

So her schedule doesn't 100% rule out the possibility of her being in Denver in 2016, but only if she appeared there right after a long flight back from Australia. However, I think it's safe to assume that if she did go, she probably would have tweeted about it, and there definitely would have been tweets from fans tagging her. There's nothing.

Unless someone can prove otherwise, I'm confident that she didn't go.

Why don't these lying sacks of shit EVER check the facts before just belting out some utterly ridiculous instantly disprovable lie?
Because they're so used to living in their social media safespaces where anyone who might question the narrative is either pre-emptively blocked, or easily dismissed as en ebil alt-right nazi vicstan, that they've never been seriously challenged on their shit to the point where they have to learn to lie effectively.

Hey @Ron Toye , do you go to all cons with Monica? I ask because I don't remember you either. Granted that dealing with Monica was brief and only a couple of times but is you were there you were completely ignored. But to be fair, I had no earthly idea who she was or what she did beyond being a guest that needed something.

@Ron Toye What is your favorite aspect of Monica?
She is a hard worker who has spent the last 20 years dedicated to being the best actor she can be. She still takes classes, reads books, attends seminars and that is inspiring, She loves the industry and the fans. She will stay hours after a signing has ended to make sure everyone is taken care of. She pushes me to be a better person. She is passionate, fun, loving, forgiving, and beautiful. So, in summary, every single thing about her is what I love.

I go to some of the conventions, when I have time or when they are in a location I have never been to. Typically I go with her to 10 or so conventions a year so 1/3 - 1/2 of the time depending on the year.

LOL. This is pathetic. We didn't lie that is why we won the lawsuit. You can have your opinions about it but the facts don't change. :)

Classic Ron, can't tell the truth no matter how clear it is.

I also think Vic may be taller than Ron but Ron gives me 5'5" trying to have a 6'2" attitude vibes....probably wrong though, I'm an awful judge of height and I haven't seen anything to compare
Not sure who is taller. I am 5'8. What does that matter?

You just don't want to hear the truth. That isn't my problem LOL

So @Ron Toye why are your lawtwitter and KV friends taking the briefs out of context?
They are laughing at the worst documents submitted in history LOL they also can identify every mistake Ty or Nick made. 9K words over the limit, missing arguments, adding arguments, its a joke. Anyone who donated to the GFM should ask for their money back.

So when you say you wanted to settle but Vic's legal team wouldn't let y'all you were telling the truth cuz

so @Ron Toye , who is the biggest douchebags in lawtwitter/KV, in your opinion?
@Ron Toye

During Vic's deposition, there is a section where the names of three women were redacted at the request of your lawyer to protect their privacy. They had allegedly been forcibly kissed by Vic without their consent, but hadn't publicly accused him of anything at that time. You have stated on several occasions that you are not happy that their names were unwillingly made public.

In your TCPA motion, there is an affidavit by Faisal Ahmed that states that a woman named Erica McCord was forcibly kissed by Vic without her consent. Her situation was reportedly identical to the women whose names you wanted protected, yet her privacy was given no such consideration. Your lawyers published her name without a second thought. They never even reached out to her for comment.

Can you explain why Erica's privacy was of no concern? I've reposted her thoughts down below if you'd care to read them. In your recent interview, it appeared as though you didn't know who she was.

I didnt want to settle. We might have allowed him to save some dignity by taking the L and walking away after apologizing for being so stupid to trust Nick and Ty and filing a lawsuit. Nick has been wrong about everything. He can't write 9K over the limit, and he raised funds for a doomed lawsuit LOL

Lets put up the Affidavit from his ex :) the one that mentioned some really interesting stuff :)

I reject "your truth" because "your truth" isn't THE TRUTH. By the way, can I get a comment on your son saying the word 'nigger' in this wonderful age of racial enlightenment known as Black Lives Matter? Did your son say the word 'nigger' under your roof at the address of:

614 Ridgedale Dr
Richardson, TX 75080

You're still on the whole "Nick is Vic's lawyer" even though there's no proof and no one cares anymore

So you didn't want to settle, but what about Monica? Why didn't she choose to settle, either? I mean, you pretty much had no real business between what supposedly happened between her and Vic years ago because that was before she even met you. You only chose to jump in because "I'll protect you m'lady", and so you two hired the same lawyer. Well who's making the final call every time you're talking with the lawyer? Who's really calling all the shots here in this lawsuit?

Though I do remember Monica she had no plans on settling either since that would mean "Poor little victim would be silenced". Chuck did try to make peace with this whole thing but again the defendants treated this as a a threat and made him out to be the bad guy
