No "World" groupings are ever a good idea, the League of Nations, Nato, the UN, the EU..all have proven to be absolutely..completely worthless over the past 7 decades.
It has been proven through the magic of statistics that deaths are NOT increasing with case count, and that states are, rather predictably, overreacting. Again. Police in many of those states refuse to enforce these laws and lawsuits are already flying.

That is because each Red Cross has a chapter for it's own nation and actually has to go a good job. The moment they stop being good at their job donations stop rolling in. The US covers the bill for all these Organizations all while they do nothing and fuck us in the ass. The US should have dropped the WHO like a brick the moment a Beurocrat from one of the most corrupt nations on the planet with NO ACTUAL MEDICAL TRAINING got put in charge.

My coworkers were tu tutting everyone else on the mask order today, and lost their shit when I suggested to them that the authorities would never enforce this. How would they? Would they REALLY pull their patrol car over and run over to someone on a sidewalk to give them a $25 ticket? Were they going to post officers at every public plaza and company? The proclamation is utterly unenforceable, but the mask-worshipers cant see through their own biases.
In a way you've answered your own question. Officially it isn't really be feasible to enforce it by law, but enough of the population has been sufficiently brainwashed by the mask propaganda that they'll do all the "policing" instead on the behalf on the state's Little Dictator(s).

That would be a terribly sneaky bastard tactic, if only they hadn't alienated so much of the population on masks. Their back and forth on mask effectiveness and necessity and the virus' cases itself has many people flipping the state off at any opportunity. Outside of the elderly I hardly see anyone wearing them, even workers I often see without them.
The stats wont matter to the mask-worshipers, who deny all logic and information that does not agree with them. I know DeWine said he wont run again but whomever he endorses is going to be fighting an uphill battle.
I've seen more in grocery stores, but thats it. Outside of that I dont see them hardly anywhere.
