I don't know about that. I'd be surprised if he doesn't take a plea deal if offered one. That's the kicker though--

The plea deal he will be offered is basically what he'll get at sentencing. He gets to plead guilty to being a monster and get sentenced to forever in prison.

Why would the prosecutor offer him better?

See Nick's hair in this mugshot? Notice how long it is? Another fun fact about prison that I read about from Ozzy Osbourne's autobiography was that he shaved off all his hair the minute he had possession of a blade because he was under constant threat of being raped at the showers. Why? Because, like Nick's hair, Ozzy's hair was long and it made him look like a girl.

Whether or not you take satisfaction in this is your choice.

A thing that occasionally happens is that the prosecutor/judge/jury also happen to be pedophiles who "look out for their own". It happens more than most people expect or so I've been told. You typically hear of it happening with cops more often though.

Oh believe me, in prison, you'd find a way to make it work. These motherfuckers have all day to dream up ingenious things and twisted ways to do whatever they feel they need done.

This brings up yet another fun fact about prison inmates of which I learned from Ozzy's autobiography; inmates, with little at their disposal, become terribly clever at all they do. The example given in the book is that if you gave the inmates at his prison a matchstick, they would split the match into four smaller match sticks with a ball point pen. For further examples of prison ingenuity, have a look at this Youtube video.

Sick Nick's mugshot reminds me of The Amazing Atheist and creepily so.

My thoughts on capital punishment is that it is justified in some cases. I live in a state that ranks #1 in the nation for prisoner executions.
The talk about torture and painful slow death frankly disgusts me. If we do the same things that evil people do, how are we any better than they?

An eye begets an eye, I suppose. These things tend to be more about a sort of vicarious revenge than objective justice.

We can't stoop to the same level of Sick Nick. It is just impossible to fall to his level.

Technically by wishing lots and lots of prison rape upon him, you are stooping to his level. Although, wishing for something and doing it are different things from what I'm told.

>farms are business as usual
>go to bed
>wake up
>see
NICK BATE IS IN JAIL.
>my first thought: Huh. So it happened.

I wonder if Sick Nick thinks he still has a "chance" with "wife?" Hopefully not. Since the likely sentence is for decades, and given Nick's atrocious health, it's possible that Nick won't be emerging from said sentence alive.

Also, I'm happy for @Ancani. Wish I was here to see the happening in realtime.

!كلب الشرطه أكبر
Google translate: "Perro de policía más grande"

sorry you lost me there. begets? As in gives birth to or produces?

I meant it as "gives rise to", the cycle of revenge I mean. I'll edit it if it's simply wrong.

Yes, but in the purest concept of justice there is no room for revenge.

You'll find that most people make room.

Super glad to see justice being served to Sick Nick, bet he isn't feeling so smug right now. I wonder how Anna is taking all this? Hopefully celebrating with some expensive champagne knowing that the nightmare is now over. I'd buy her some shots and do something nice for Amber if I could, the poor girls.

Ironically, seeing this news makes me remember a quote from a certain lolcow's post:
It's always the people that are spoken about that are often the superior beings.

*4 days later, Nick Bate is arrested and jailed for being a pedofork*

I'm not saying it's wrong, just unclear to me.

Glad I could clarify.

That's an unfortunate fact. We can only hope that doesn't include most judges.
I think it was Larry Flynt who said, "If the justice system works to protect the rights of a scumbag like me, you can be sure it will work for you too."

Read post #204 for something worse, last paragraph. Anytime you think something is bad, there's something worse in the world.

My friend's neighbor turned out to be a pedophile who left the state, and was caught several states away by U.S. Marshals. He's isolated from other inmates now, but there's no proof he molested anyone (this time), only a few counts of possession/transmitting/receiving CP. Either way, he's kept in a separate ward, with other chomos, ex-cops, and rats/snitches, away from General Population.

Even if Sick Nick does get only 25 years, I seriously doubt the prison system would put him near anyone likely to harm him. Also, reminds me of that autistic Sonic nut PaulAndAmy. (Kiwis look him up) I don't know how the UK prison system is compared to the US one, but I'm not sure they separate pedophiles from the other inmates there.

Say what you will about what Sick Nick deserves, but at the end of the day, I'm not so sure it's going to happen.

Unless the guards go into his cell and do it themselves. That's not unheard of, especially in juvenile hall.
