Nah, Milo and Nick are very chummy on Telegram, and I believe the claims that Milo helped Nick behind the scenes with things since he is not really skilled at anything technical and employs numerous people to get even basic web stuff done. The Milo revelation is the least surprising thing in the world since he brags about having a vault of blackmail material, and he's pivoted politically repeatedly like Baked Alaska just to fit in with whatever is trending at the moment.
