Nick's said for a while that all online spats aside, he doesn't mind putting out an olive branch and offering a spot on his show for attorneys he disagrees with. It's why he offered one to Lawtwitter (as a whole, but Akiva and Greg were specifically mentioned; I think Dunford was as well), Randazza, Wolman, and I believe Popehat. it'd be a good show for any of them to show up, mainly because Wolman and Randazza would likely be pretty solid as they actually fucking litigate, and Lawtwitter because then we can hear their stupidity in real time, when they don't have Twitter to back them up.

Yes. He played fast and loose with conflicts of interest and it bit him.
You can also find variously sensationalistic coverage of this mostly from people who don't like Randazza, but here's the Nevada Supreme Court order dryly explaining objectively what actual violations occurred. Ironically one of the aggravating factors was his level of skill as a lawyer, i.e. an idiot like LanDUI who did the same thing might have gotten away with it.
