Not to a-log, but I hope someone in prison has a cactus, and Nick gets raped with the cactus, and then he poops cactus needles for a week, and also the cactus is poisonous. And then he gets raped by the sun.

In all seriousness, though, even if prison isn't the nonstop stab-party we're hoping for, someone is going to kick Nick's ass, because come on.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I had no idea who this goof is when I looked at this thread. Now I know, and I've died inside because of it. I've dealt with some seriously troubled people and heard some really fucked up stories in my line of work, but jesus fucking christ, this is up there. That says a lot.

Anyways, just to add to what's already being said about what awaits this goof piece of shit when he goes to the pen, I'll break it down a bit more:

-An unwritten, but well-enforced rule in any unit/range/cellblock in a lot of facilities is that anyone new to the unit must take a shower on arrival. Once they're on the unit, they must practice regular hygiene, including grooming, so no grimy neckbeards. The guys don't like being on the same unit as a filthbag and if they don't like said filthbag for whatever reason (including bad hygiene) , they wolfpack him. In other words, they gang beat the living fuck out of him. If it's a particularly violent unit or facility, the end result can be a whole lot worse than a beating.

-Say this guy starts practicing regular hygiene. He'd still likely be bounced from a unit just because of how he acts. The guys don't take kindly to weird fuckers and can spot weakness a mile away. Throw in the fact that he's a goof, and he's a target the moment he gets onto a unit.

-Since this guy is a goof, he's the lowest form of life out there. Even in PC he'll be looked down on and targeted. Just from what I've learned about this guy, he'd likely have some major problems even on a PC unit. The only option would be Ad Seg, where he's in his cell for 23 hours a day. Some jurisdictions have facilities that are specifically for sex offenders, but even then, he's likely going to have major problems. Very few people in the penal system want to deal with a paedophile that doesn't shower and smears shit on walls.

-There's a good chance that he'll also be heavily medicated once in a facility. If he goes to a forensic psychiatric facility, he'll be doped into oblivion. Even if he goes to the pen, there's a good chance that he'll be very heavily medicated.

That's all I can think of for now. Hope this fucker gets the book thrown at him and hangs it rough every second he's in the joint.

The fact he is being charged for molesting his sister, he is already fucked. Prisoners really hate pedophiles/molesters.

Can I just ask how any kind of forensic investigation of his computer/other devices might affect this case?
Because the 'anal sex attack' video is out there, as is the shit wanking video (Christ, I hate myself for just having to type that, let alone realising that's not an exaggeration), so would that just act as further evidence to condemn him or would that open up other charges?
After all, all the stuff I just mentioned is out there in public, god only knows what foul things he has on his computer

Most definitely. Saying that the offenders hate paedophiles is a huge understatement. Even if they suspect that someone has been charged with a sex crime against a minor, they go right into seek and destroy mode, even if that person isn't a sex offender. Just a rumor that someone is a paedophile is enough to cause violence. Just calling someone a goof (Canadian slang for paedophile) in a facility will get a fight or a stabbing going. It's that serious.

If they don't outright cause physical harm to them (which they usually do anyways), they prey on them in some pretty nasty ways. Same goes for offenders that victimize the elderly.

And rightfully so, some things are just not done, you don't harm kids, you do not prey on your family, you should not even have to be told that is wrong, you should know.....people like him do not deserve sympathy, the only people on earth that cared for him and gave to him and took care of them and he did that.

To be fair, it sounds like it was mostly Nick's mom and aunt who were protecting him. Amber followed what they teach the kids in school, which is to keep telling until someone believes you. Apparently, her dad did, and he got the ball rolling. Maybe he didn't believe her at first, or let his wife dissuade him from taking action, but Amber wouldn't let it go, and that took a lot of nerve to do. I do hope her dad gets over the family fear of therapy and gets Amber the help she needs, so she doesn't have problems down the road.

I really agree with you on this. The problem is that Amber is now horribly scarred for life, as bleak as that sounds. Even with continuous therapy, victims of childhood sexual abuse by a family member face a huge uphill battle in life. PTSD and other mental health issues are very common in this population and as they get older, many, if not most develop substance abuse disorders and engage in risky sexual behaviours. The trauma that's caused runs so deep and causes a lifetime of agony for the victim.

Thing is though will his fellow prisoners really want to assrape Nick considering his anal region will usually be a swampy shitty mess? I can't say I'm that familiar with prison rape or how desperate people in prison get though.

Damn that's great news, here's to hoping that both he and his eldritch horror of a maw rots behind bars for the overseeable future. As an aside, though, I hope someone takes care of his cat(s?), hopefully (and probably) better than he himself ever did.

All credit to Amber for having the courage to do this, and I really hope her family, at least some of them, are supporting her through it. Also, here's to Anna hopefully never having to deal with this creep anymore, I'll drink to that! Cheers Kiwis :semperfidelis:
