@NoChrysanthema'am Not sure about the YT ToS or how heavily he's cross platforming, but I would ask what counts as an advertisement to them. A lot of OF thots post about their OF and OF experiences, indirectly and directly advertising their content. YT seems to pick and choose what is and is not against the rules sometimes.
