Where, other than in the Cult of Woke Handbook, is this a requirement? This has never ever been a thing until a few years ago. An easy step to take if you're concerned about slave labor in the real world is to reduce your consumption of products, I'd get into what exactly, but generally, less consumption is better regardless. Most things aren't made with fair labor, (unless they're made in countries with labor laws and the means to enforce those laws.)

Tess, consuming upwards of ~3500kcal a day, and people like her are directly responsible for at least thousands of slave laborers picking fruits or manufacturing electronics just to satiate their desires to consume products.
