The fact that this procedure is being done under general anaesthesia concerns me. What I’d like to know is this: is this something Jack has requested or is this clinic’s anesthesiologist simply OK with intubating an obese man with hypertension and type 2 diabetes? Whatever. It’s ultimately Jack’s choice; he’s the one signing the consent waivers.
One thing is for certain: He’s making this a lot riskier than it needs to be, as this is something that can be done under local anaesthetic. But we can’t say we’d expect anything less from someone that is such a monstrous pussy—so big, in fact, that he has all but admitted he wouldn’t get tested for COVID because he was afraid of the nasal swab. I’ve seen children handle PICC lines with more bravery.
Jack is more likely to die during his recovery. Jack’s already sedentary lifestyle coupled with another stint in a wheelchair isn’t good, and he’s not going to be prescribed a blood thinner to decrease the risk of clotting, so…
