I hope it's archived so it can be migrated to another host with ease. WordPress installs are dead easy so it shouldn't be down for too long.

still seemed really quick, I've been arrested a few times in the US and it takes forever to get processed even if you have bail in your wallet, I think the fastest I ever got out was 4 hours and that was only because I had a lawyer come get me and that cost a lot to do

Up here it is fast - especially for "minor" offences like that. They most likely had all the paperwork set up. Get him in there, fingerprint and photograph him, give him the summons and cut him loose.
