I did not want to settle. LOL Ty is a moron. Notice, I didn't lie when I said I called him, too bad he was too afraid to back up his talk about we will be in touch. LOL They wanted to try to settle we held the power, 12 of 17 claims were dismissed prior to the meeting. It might have been a thing that was the last effort by the court to help Vig not get slammed with the costs of everything and appeals. But, Ty and Nick are too stupid to understand how any of this works and will leave him to pay all our costs and fees while they lined their pockets with the GFM money.

Also that's an interesting response to discovering your significant other is cheating on you. Rational people who care about their relationship make the attempt to talk about it (heated, of course, but hopefully still face-to-face and staying collected after the first kneejerk reaction wears off) and if the person who cheated is truly sorry about it, the two of you go through the healing process together. The only reason you would ever leave the house and no longer speak to the one who cheated on you and is if you are aware they're a cheater and always have been even before meeting you, but then you were in somewhat of a denial over it because "Well it'll never happen between us! They changed and love me!"

Well, out of curiously, I checked to see if there were any pictures of Vic at that particular convention. Even if he hadn't been an official guest, I'm sure someone would have caught a picture of him at the con. I couldn't find anything, so I checked the date of the con. Denver Comic Con 2018 took place June 15th-17th. Then I checked Vic's schedule to see if he was at a different con. He was... in Sydney, Australia. Vic was at Supanova Pop Culture Expo on those EXACT same days. So it would have been impossible for Vic to fly out to simply visit when he was attending a different con OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY.

So, I think it is safe to say this didn't happen. At least not in 2018. Vic was a guest in 2015, but Monica wasn't there... unless she went out of her way to visit... But I find it highly unlikely. Perhaps Ron can give a bit more insight. Did he mix up something? Or is it a lie? Looking at our sheepdog's track record, it is likely to just be another lie or misrepresation of the truth. But you'd think he would at least get the con right...

Cons blend together. It might have been Florida Super Con or Raleigh Supercon . I think it was Denver but it might be one of the others. I have been to a bunch of cons that he was at.

How does Vic using his status a voice actor to get sex, hiring prostitutes, and cheating on Specht contribute in any way to whether he assaulted your personal fiancee or not?

This is like someone asking if there's black mold on your walls and you reply with "COVID-19 originated in China!" It's an irrelevant non sequitur.


In the phone call you represented yourself as retaining counsel. If Ty had then contacted you instead of your lawyers that would have been a breach of ethics.

It goes to the reason the lawsuit was frivolous and doomed. Defamation lawsuits are about damaging a persons character or reputation. If he was doing all that great "christian" activities while also hurting fans and coworkes along with his ex fiance it doesnt point towards a great person who cares about their reputation.

I believe in second chances, i just don't think someone who acts like a total ass sues the people he hurt tries to ruin a company he worked for deserves a free pass. I am under no obligation to be nice to him ever.

The one who victimized them by harassing them is the bad person in that scenario. It is sad they were subjected to it. The people who did that should be ashamed of themselves. It sucks I couldnt protect all of Vic's victims but I did what I could. We took the brunt of the attack and ensured he would never ever try that shit again. So, i might not have been able to protect all of his victims but i sure did help make sure there wasnt another 100 in the future.

Ron your deflecting and didn't answer @EriMin at all. Her question was why you protected others who had stories about Vic but when it came to her she didn't get the same treatment, but instead got thrown under the bus by you and Monica.

Specifically regarding the Kiwi Farms, why interact with anyone on here? If you’re legitimate, you really aren’t inspiring actual discussion beyond people trying to get you to admit your motives. We didn't get to the evidence because Chupp didn't understand what prima facia means. We've seen his incompetence as hes been repeatedly smacked down by the appeals court. Fingers crossed it'll happen again .

We so desperately want the evidence to come out because we've all seen it, and we know how damaging it is for you.
