He would have to do it, prisons don't tolerate individual needs and phobias. The guards don't even really acknowledge medical needs of inmates; a thing that happened at a prison in my state was they let an inmate die from his sleep apnea [I think that's what it was] while mocking him as he died and they were stupid enough to video tape it, which ended up on the news. I don't remember the crimes he was charged with but lots of people were pissed that the guards let it happen and the guards in question were eventually fired.

Here it is.


Point is, the guards aren't gonna give a shit that he has a fear of water; they're gonna force him to take a shower, especially when he decides to spread shit all over himself.

I like to imagine that he broke down crying when he got arrested. People like him are cowards, you see, and that's why they prey on the young and helpless, to feel a brief surge of power. And when he wrongly thought that the CPS investigation being over meant he was off the hook, he was just oh-so-thrilled...

...and then the police come to the door, and he realizes the truth: his life is over. After so many years of hurting others, he's being held accountable for his crimes. And as the cuffs are placed on his wrists and he's pushed toward the car, I like to think he broke down sobbing, begging for it to not be reality, because his mind literally cannot comprehend what's coming next.

So, I think that, if given access to Twitter for a few moments, Nick would NOT be typing his retarded Canadianisms or whining about the situation - I think he'd sit in the room, borderline catatonic, locked up in fear and despair.

Ah, this is a good thought.

I've been slacking off on animating for a while now.

I feel like I'd have to properly paint the gross-out close-up. That'd take a while.

Aw, isn't that what the Ken Burns effect is for? Let the slow pan and zoom do the work for you, really linger over the...oh yuck. Yuck. Fucking hell, yuck. I just vividly and involuntarily pictured Sick Nick's dentition as per John K gruesome closeup, and now I actually feel kind of ill in real life.

I'm pretty sure Nick was going to be busted, inevitably, from the moment his sister came forward.

I think they'll go beyond not giving a shit and probably actively hate him. Anyone who knows why he is where he is is going to detest him, because he is a vile, repulsive creature.

He will not get any breaks in his miserable future life.

It'll be a while to his trial, if he wants one. And even if somehow he gets released on bail, he'll probably be ordered to stay off the internet. So, I think we've heard the last of Sick Nick.

I agree with this.

Alot of people in this thread are giving Nick WAY too much credit. He's not some criminal mastermind pedophile who's been abducting kids or anything like that. It's unlikely the jury or judge will see him as some evil malicious monster. He comes across as a (very) sick fuck who's clearly fucked in the head, the idea of sending a vid where you masturbate with shit to somehow prove your innocence is enough for that. I know alot of people want to see him thrown to the wolves but 10-15 years in the psych ward seems more likely.

You don't get sentenced to psychiatric treatment. You get sentenced to prison.

The legal basis for civil commitment as a sexual predator relies on clear and convincing evidence showing you are a danger to the public.

The video where he masturbates with shit, and that he forced his own sister to participate in disgusting conduct like that, is not going to work in his favor. The jury is going to want to jump out of their seats and kill him personally.

Though there will probably not be a jury, because there will probably not be a trial. Any defense lawyer would be flabbergasted at the case against his client.
