You have to remember Patreon charges on a monthly basis(In Alexes case anyway) so people tend to wait until near the end of the month to cancel their subscription. Looking at his graphtreon there is a pretty clear dropoff at the end of every month so I would expect any drops to happen at around the 29th-31st this month.

I'm not so sure. What I see all the time among incels is the lust for teenage girls, namely girls with developed bodies, but childish attitude. Maybe because they have nothing to offer for adult woman, like a car, house, job, good looks or at least a good fuck, or because they weren't getting any during their teenage years, when you want to have sex all the time, and they can't move on from that mindset.

I'm really surprised that this post wasn't deleted by mods to be honest. This really seems like a kind of question that would invite "gremlins" in my opinion. Adolfin once again shows up and says that her Devpai is a "businessman" and that she wants him to take a "vacation" ASAP. One, I'm sure that all of us can agree that Alex is not a businessman in the slightest. That's a huge over-exaggeration of his skills in my opinion. And two, I'm not sure what his idea of one would be like, but I'm pretty sure that Alex would just play vidya on Twitch for over a month as his "vacation" and "conveniently" forget to get off of it at an appropriate time to work on the game. I wouldn't be shocked if his fans would be fine with him taking a break from developing the game for an entire year and disappearing because in their eyes, he wouldn't be under fire from those "dirty gremlins".

What's strange about this post to me is that I feel like it leans more on being interpreted as a "gremlin meme" than a subreddit-acceptable one. All this joking in YanSim fan circles about an integral part of a game that's been in the deepest parts of development hell for years is just really sad to me.


A few more things I should mention... It doesn't seem like the downvote button has been disabled. Adolfin seems to be the primary moderator of the subreddit for now. She commented on almost all of the posts I highlighted here and posts daily fanart spotlights. I also noticed that the subreddit seems pretty dead...as of the time I made this post, 57 people were online, a fraction compared to the roughly 3,700 members that are a part of it. Oh, and one of the rules states that you can't have an "abusive history" on Reddit prior to joining, an approach I'm sure we're all familiar with at this point.
