If the constitution and amendments gives Americans the right to vote, and the right to bear arms to defend that right. Then is it legally justifiable to shoot them for this?

To answer your question, yes. The whole purpose of the second amendment is for citizens to protect their rights, and defend their lives and property. But the other purpose of the second amendment that people forget (or ignore entirely,) is to fight against a tyrannical type government. Now when you join the military, you swear an oath. The oath states that you'll defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both Foreign and Domestic. These people are causing destruction of property both public and private. They are using Terror tactics to get what they want. The definition of a Terrorist is; the unlawful use or threat of violence especially against the state or the public as a politically motivated means of attack or coercion.

These people are violating the laws of this country! They and the groups they affiliate with, are Terroist. ANTIFA, BLM, KKK, Black Panther, these are all terrorist groups and they are our enemies here in the United States. Which is why we need both the Military and the Militia and our law enforcers (i.e the Police,) to take these groups out.

The Militia is so important because the Militia's are Citizens. They help provide security and not only that, but just incase our own government turn against their citizens, the Militia can organize and defend the Constitution of the United States. But the Militia is only as effective as long as they have weapons to fight the government. Which is why we need the Constitution and the second amendment.

We had huge wealth generation and prosperity the last 4 years. If that's actually a result of the presidency or blanket optimism/manipulated markets is neither here nor there. Employment numbers, job growth, earnings - it was all up. Objectively, racism wasn't a thing overall. You can agree 10 months ago was better than 10 years ago. 10 Years ago was better than 50 years ago for race relations. Commercials are all mixed race couples and gays. Movies and television are diverse without too much outrage.

Then, corona virus happened. Now we are financially and economically done for the next 10+ years. 40.7 million people are unemployed, and we still don't know the scope. We never fully re-opened, and id wager people are working right this second unaware they wont have a job by year end. Yet, the elites were able to become richer in the downturn. So much so, that now America's richest 1% own as much wealth as the middle and lower classes combined... Let that sink in....

The elites and politicians don't really give a fuck about PoC's, obviously, they've done everything conceivable to marginalize them under the veil of "its good for you, don't you like that were passing laws with you in mind? Don't forget to vote D!" and they feed into it and vote blindly. Now it'll be more-so the case because Biden was with Magic Negro President, and we liked Magic Negro President!

I know what it's like to be afraid. I spend a lot of time these days doing it. However, I know my family is based. I know everyone in my neighborhood is based. My friends online are based. These people just sort of go with the flow with the prevailing social narrative. Look how long the tides turned on gay marriage (and that's a cause I agreed with--and did before the average idiot did).

In a few short years we went from corporations trying to remain apolitical, to gay pride logos, then immediately to companies shaming their own customers (Amazon). We went from liberals screaming about Citizens United to suddenly cheering on corporations being heavily involved in politics. Remember Citizens United? Where'd the liberal outrage over that go?

I'm not saying you're wrong. Things could go to shit very quickly, but I don't think people are going to give up and just take it—or at the very least, I don't think we're alone. I'm not ready to give up. I'm ready to get out there and start doing something though; I'm just not sure what that is.

As someone who used to live near "Affordable Housing", you really really need a strong police presence to keep it and the surrounding neighborhood safe. It may be a moot point. Its starting to look like all the housing in Seattle is about to become affordable. I would get out now if you live there and try and find a place to live either across the sound or across the country.
