Ideally the Fourth Circuit will join it's sister courts and declare First and Fourth Amendment violations, therefore setting a precedent for all families in Virginia and those in the Fourth Circuit. Ideally, I will get monetary compensation for severe injuries and damages for severe deprivation of my constitutional rights.

Ideally, I'll learn some about IIED in the process. I've never sued for that before, my learning curve here will be steep!

More than anything though, I have already accomplished one major thing: to approach this with my Boston Tea party attitude, and a display of my courage means more to me than anything!
