The ones everyone avoids because they're associated with him.Would be even funnier if it was litterpicking on the roadways he has adopted!

It's the age of COVID. He will be released with conditions of no contact with Bexte and no weapons. It's extremely rare for judges or Crown to demand psych eval. It's the defense who requests it, as a ploy to mitigate criminal responsibility. Once it hapens, Crown normally asks Judge for an independent 2nd opinion.
No jury in their right mind would convict a rètarded troon. Maybe Texas.
You clearly don't read enough Canadian news.Bad as the Rebel might be, they seem to be the lone Canadian news source not beholden to far-leftism/Trudeau's regime. Their existence isn't without merit.
Yeah I'm aware how county jail works. My point is that there's a lot of homeless getting picked up on bullshit charges. Most often intentionally. Cops don't walk around running the information of hobos, they just ignore them. That means they're getting caught doing a thing. If you take the 60% statistic as fact, and then compare that to the county jail populations, you'll see an explosion that corresponds to things like violent cold snaps or heat waves.Assuming your source is right there might be too much selection bias in who ends up staying in county jail to read too much into it. In major metros the county jail is where people go when they can't post bond while awaiting trial and since homeless are the least likely to post bond you'd see more of them in the population at any one time. The fact that short sentences for misdemeanors are served in county jail also creates a bit of an imbalance, since most people can just pay the fines for those, but not the homeless. Several of those misdemeanors are crimes associated with homelessness induced by mental disorders (disorderly conduct, public nudity) and substance abuse (drug possession, open container laws), and just normal homelessness (begging, sleeping/sitting in public, vagrancy).
Tbf, one of the reasons I've been less active in this subforum as of late is, apart from autistic side characters in the form of John Southern and, disappointingly, Anna Slatz, this subforum has been filled than ever of people punishing exactly what it is they want to see, in this case Yaniv being arrested, because it didn't come from the messenger they wanted. Ok, true, it's been happening for almost a year (since Blaire White crossed his path especially), but it's especially noticeable now.If Rebel Media's evidence and testimony helps convicts Yaniv of anything, I'll award them one point.
But only one.
His reaction with the obviously fake (as in not taken today) pics of Victoria is fascinating; especially after the long drought of tweets. I was reading some twitter comments and people were mentioning that you can schedule future tweets to be sent, so perhaps these tweets were automated. I don't think he's on the island even though the previous church picture was confirmed to be in Chemainus which isn't too far from Victoria. Instead I feel like he was hiding out at mothers for the night and they both went to the RCMP detachment today to turn Jonathan in. Given how much he hates WGKitty it's likely he'd avoid having his arrest recorded by them at all costs, hence why I doubt he'd give the RCMP an opportunity to pick him up at home if he could help it. He's always manipulating. There also isn't an RCMP detachment in Victoria, so he'd have to drive to a neighboring town to surrender himself (Langford being most likely).Fun on the run.

Totally agree. I imagine he's been sat at mother yaniv's, shaking with rage with Rebel Media's announcement and the ensuing celebratory Twitter comments and more importantly the fear of WGKitty reporting. The fact that he never misses a chance to snap himself is a giveaway, although the church "Covid heart" timing is an interesting comment (he's crap at Photoshop so can't see him Photoshopping himself into the pic). At the end of the day for all his bravado guff he's a total wimp at heart, so yeah he'll be with momma. His reaction with the obviously fake (as in not taken today) pics of Victoria is fascinating; especially after the long drought of tweets. Maybe @WGkitty could offer an update about the status of JY's car. We know it was missing yesterday so it would be interesting to know if it's back. I don't think he'd be detained by the RCMP for long, but there's always a shred of hope that he's sitting in some freezing cold holding cell sans shoelaces and belt.

Yeah I'm aware how county jail works.
It should be noted that "county jails" are not a thing in Canada. We don't have " county jails"
