Quite. If I remember correctly, Mei Ling posed as a voice actress for Amy Rose, and quite a few male simps slobbered over the individual, including some of the mods (I remember Mushrooms falling for it hook, line, and sinker,
and he posted a picture of some girl claiming that it was Mei LIng.) Either way, turned out that Mei was some TyrannosaurusReich-type creepy guy that was just trolling everybody. I recall there being a video that described it all, but I can't to find it at the moment, other than the minor detail of it being a counter to Stuart K Reilly's video on the topic

They did it to purposely troll the community (people were still butthurt about the VA change in the sonic stuff) and tbh I can see why. They all stupidly bought into it even tho ML didn't provide any examples of their "work". Its so obvious that Jennifer Doulliard (og Amy) is a 40 something woman tho. I had fallen hard for a girl who had mutual feelings for me (Which honestly I didn't pursue because I was in no mental state to be carrying a relationship) and I was just talking about her and how happy she made me and it just caused this dude to go from like playful teasing to outright unhinged. Kept linking me to porn I didn't want to see, kept putting on a girl voice, and mocking me for having a sick father and being happy that a woman actually gave a fuck about me (I was massively like emotionally stunted, a lot of shit has happened to me) and just went on this fucking rampage. I would assume you're still catching up with reading this whole thread, but in the event that you're already done doing so, I recommend taking a peek at the other one made about Radock when you can, for it goes in-depth about what transpired about Rokto. Goes without saying Cyn's group, at least according to what Schwachkopf and a few others stated, are is fully complicit with coddling, enabling and circling the wagons for both Rokto and Radock as well.

I knew that LieutenantBoi was the one who made those countless edits of you (he made a fucking car out of your face), but I didn't know that he was the specific guy going on /b/ (and /v/; I found all that shit on old /v/ archives) spamming pictures of you & jokes about you when absolutely no one else on those boards knew what the fuck was going on. I thought that it was multiple people involved in that circle of people with Cynn and Mushrooms, but I guess it was just Boi.

What I don't get is why they singled you out in particular when that clique turned into a complete freakshow. Aside from the Boi edits, you had shit like all of those videos on that Cynn alt WackyDirectingStyle (with the last vestiges of them on that channel being completely gone as of a few weeks ago) and Mushrooms setting you shouting "NIMROD!" to the tune of "Get It By Your Hands" from the Eureka Seven OST. People were fucking obsessed with that shit for some reason, and then the Cynn/Mushrooms clique got pissed off when people who had no knowledge of what was going on in that circle started picking up those jokes & using them because they themselves spammed them all over the place. It's just another example of the sheer pettiness that came from YCP in general, let alone the Cynn/Mushrooms clique.
