Tranny janny was literally never a joke, being a tranny and being autistic enough to spend your entire day doing it for free has an enormous overlap.
It's something that's reinforcing in both directions. Behind a screen is where tranny's pass better than anywhere else and people that spend all time online chatting are more likely to be exposed to tranny propaganda.

The yuri (cartoon lesbian) subreddit banned dicks and people are upset because its transphobic (below is a repost of what i made in a different thread)

Here's the thread where it was banned on the r/yuri subreddit
It looks like it was meant for futa (i.e. an XX women who has a dick for various reasons), not necessarily a statement about transwomen.
There was at least 4 different subs created in response to this, eventually the stuck with r/actualyuri which has about 40 members

Can't tell if the first one is satire, but at this point its probably not.

If the yuri sub gets banned I guarentee redditors are going to chimpout on a mass scale.

The site would basically kill itself at that point so I hope they do it.

So i was looking through the thread on the yuri sub, most of the posts were complaining about this problematic and toxic stance.

I looked through the posters to see how many of them posted on trans subreddits, but i found this exceptional individual arguing with an anti-natalist TERF. You can´t make this shit up.

The /r/fasting sub has a trend of obese people posting for asspats, not during or after a fast but celebrating the fact that they are thinking of fasting. Here's just some from the last month (the most egregious being a morbidly obese woman saying she's thinking of not eating for 8 hours a day and the post getting swarmed in praise).

Can someone please explain me why someone would be "nervous and excited" about starting a fast? That phrasing sticks out like a sore thumb.

Because if you're a lardass doing it for the first time, a fast (especially a 28-day water fast) is going to be extremely challenging, for several reasons:
1. You will be hungry for the first couple of days, and fatties don't handle hunger well.
2. You will be stressed because your prior source of emotional comfort is now verboten and you need to find a new de-stressor soon
3. You will be tired because it takes more energy to lug your gunt around than fit people on a good day, and there isn't a lot of energy buzz to subsisting off of one's body fat

But they get excited because, if they succeed, they will lose a prodigious amount of weight (a friend who did a 28 day fast lost 75 lbs doing that, but he was also coming down from 320), and, they hope, will have finally broken their food addiction for good. Sadly, that last step rarely happens and so many of the people doing the fast immediately relapse because abstinence from food doesn't actually address their underlying issues with it, and unlike drug addiction, you kinda have to figure out how to keep eating going forward.

tl&dr; "nervous and excited" makes sense since a fast is basically a self-imposed detox for fatties.

Once you hit a certain weight your body's entire hungry/full/etc dynamic gets completely and utterly fucked. You can eat for an hour straight and still feel hungry. You can pack down an entire bowl of that disgusting "fruit salad" that that one deathfat made and ate and not feel full. Eventually you only feel "full" when you feel physical pain from your stomach being packed full... and your stomach stretches and distends each time you do it.

I can't find it now, but there was some dietitian post out there talking about people killing themselves via sugar overdose. Basically the body got so fucked that one of their clients was drinking simple syrup (boiled down, concentrated sugar water, i.e., hummingbird food) straight and it wasn't enough. Which does... really fucked up things to your body at that point, with you basically dying of... dehydration? Cause your cells can't process any water at that point, and there are sugar crystals forming where they really shouldn't be.

But yeah. I can see the appeal of a fast. But diets are like suicide attempts; if you talk about it, you aren't serious about it. The deathfats posting on those subs just want asspats for doing it. They aren't actually going to do it.

Me and a couple of other people have started up r/actualyuri. It's currently mostly trans yuri

:story:

So it's the japanese cartoon version of r/actuallesbians.

But once they've got that jolt of dopamine from announcing they're going to give something up... they've tricked themselves into thinking they already have. So "cheating" a couple hours later isn't so bad.

reddit forced app.jpg NOOO NOT THAT KIND OF OPINION MODS MODS MODS.png

Reddit apparently tries to force it's app on mobile users now.
Also, unpopular opinions can't be too unpopular or else the tranny janny brigade will come after you.

Wesley "Laurelai" Bailey. Nuff said.

Somewhat related, but if you go to any fetish subreddit aimed at women, ie. veiny breasts, engorged breasts (usually pregnancy), or the like, you'll find like 4-5 women trying to outwhore each other to be the mascot of that one place. One I've found in particular to be completely brigaded by one single woman is stuff like feederism or stuffing or whatever. This one woman as uninteresting and basic as white bread posts literally 2-3 times a week which over months has led her from average to slightly chubby with obvious post-meal bloating going on.

It's insane how Reddit has become a dopamine mine for normies. It used to be a slight joke that women can get away with anything and be considered a queen, but it's almost quite literal now. Find a niche, appeal to it, and you too will never have to work a day in your life. And to some, just like becoming "nonbinary", the thought alone is enough on some subreddits to pat your enormous ass. "I might be fasting", "I think I'm trans", "Omg I ate a huge dinner, I'm such a pig!"

4chan used to be considered the scariest, darkest place on the internet, but even now that content is considered normal and (used to have) a fitting subreddit. Porn and ahegao is wildly popular among teens. The bar of entry is only going lower and lower; makes me wonder when we'll see full-on degeneracy on places like Reddit, if not they go full Tumblr on their own site and force a second Reddit to be made for sharing porn and gore.

I would not be surprised if within the next ~ 5 years Reddit implemented some new anti-NSFW policy that forced NSFW subreddits into their own subsection of Reddit. Something like they would only be accessible via nsfw.reddit.com. Considering how disastrous the porn ban was for Tumblr I doubt they would fully ban it, but I could definitely see them forcing it into another subsection of the site.

They are trying to avoid associating NSFW content with their brand. That quarantine route expressly recognises and legitimises its presence, I don't think that's what they are going for. Although they could pitch it to advertisers that "our reddit.com site which will host your ad has zero pornography", the reddit brand in general would be tarnished. At the moment they have the shield of communities being community made and driven with light touch administration, by specifically creating a space for NSFW content they lose that shield and appear to be intentionally accommodating pornography forums.

I like how there was the recent discovery of one of their power users being ghislaine maxwell and likely financial entanglement with reddit and that people think it's going to be some kind of worksafe website. A woman who was advocating cannibalism and pedofilia, as well as practising both, if not just facilitating it.

If you have one such skeleton in the closet there's going to be more and they might work better at hiding it, they sure as hell aren't going to clean it all up and suddenly go straight and narrow.

I have trouble accepting this person legitimately holds and accepts this statement in their brain.
Would respect these people a lot more if they were honest about being unhinged incels trying to fuck lesbians by any means necessary rather than trying to get people to seriously consider them lesbians with balls.
People that deny their own chromosomes are not known for their adherence to essential truths. They're more likely to seek chaos over order, particularly in pushing each little boundary of order that they believe is holding them back.
