The people I bring you today are laughable Stalinists, their goals are... to kill anyone who voices dissent "harasses" them, which happens to be anyone who talks about them, screencaps their tweets or tells them that their viewpoints are laughable. Today's examples are CyberStalin and girl_communism. But what I say is pretty pointless unless I have the pictures to back it up so why don't we do that now. By the way just as a forewarning these two aren't very great with history unless it's in favor of communism

You can find a lot going through their twitter feeds, all of this started because CS started to support North Korea and wants to execute people they deem as "fascist" (which happens to be everybody if you're not a Stalinist dick sucker) I encourage more people to dig around to see what they can find (but please for the love of god don't get involved in the arguments) If anyone has anything/anyone they'd like to have added please tell me.

I doubt, it seems that CyberStalin is the root cause (as there are more people like this that I've failed to talk about) of this bout of radical Communism on Twitter, they seem very legit to me. this is essentially Social Justice taken to a very extreme form and I know CyberStalin and at least one other person (whom I'm not naming for my own privacy reasons) both started out as simple run of the mill "Fuck white cis people" and they've turned to this. Unless someone else can point out reasons that this is all an act then I'm sticking to the idea that they are legit.

Anybody claiming to be a "Stalinist" is basically being an edgelord. "Stalinism" is an exonym, it was applied by Marxists to other Marxists who they thought were buying into the cult of personality around Stalin. Actual historical Stalinists would never have called themselves Stalinists, they'd have just called themselves Marxists or Marxist-Leninists and claimed that non-Stalinists didn't understand Marxism or Leninism correctly. Not to say that Stalinism isn't a very real phenomenon, at least historically, but historical Stalinism involved denying that "Stalinism" existed as an ideological concept.

People self-identifying as "Stalinists" are 99 times out of 100 doing it because they gravitated to Marxism because they wanted to be edgy, discovered that many actual Marxists were more interested in talking about theories and activism than trying to freak out normies, so doubled down on the edginess and decided to go for an ideology that would freak out most Marxists. Hence Stalinism.

AFAIK the original pre-internet Stalinist edgelord was Norwegian death metal guitarist Euronymous, who joined the Norwegian Communist Party to freak out his parents but was disgusted to find that most Norwegian communists were accountants, fishermen and small farmers rather than face-painting, non-bathing sperglords, so he decided to call himself a Stalinist to freak them out. This is the same chap that Varg Vikernes murdered, if you know about that whole saga (pun hilariously intended).

So yeah, anybody actually identifying themselves as a "Stalinist" is a waste of space, even from a 100% sincere communist viewpoint. It's unsurprising this microsubculture-of-a-subculture has found a haven on Twitter, every edgelord's favourite social media app.

(As a final aside, the whole 'Stalin was good because he killzored Hitler duh' argument falls apart if you think about it for even a handful of minutes, because Churchill and Roosevelt did the same thing, and yet they are not usually considered heroic political visionaries by Stalinists)

Anyone with left-leaning views who isn't a complete faggot would not describe himself as a communist, but would instead go for something like "socialist" or simply "leftist". If you call yourself a communist in the year 2015, you are an edgy faggot in need of a history lesson.

See everything is black and white to these people (and SJW's in general) you're either with or against, there is no in between, but I think we already knew that. I have met quite a few stalinists irl so I am familiar with some of these arguments (but Stalin beat the nazis!!! And ofcourse the always-present argument "anyone who disagree is a reactionist"). But to see them combined with SJW-esque rhetoric and themes on twitter by a girl calling her self "sensitive and small" who has a cartoon girl with bunny ears as avatar... now that's new.

The stalinists I know are extremely conservative on social issues and they are just as accepting of different opinions and life styles as the nazis. How do you even go from "I support Stalin" to "Save the Jews and Transgender people." Stalin would have executed trannies just for kicks.

Presumably under their preferred 21st century Stalinist system these devices would still be produced but would be cheaper and their full value would be retained by the workers who produce them, not the capitalists who own the factories and provide operating capital.

It's more embarrassing than trying to watch someone like RebelMaoistNews on YouTube cause even that guy can actually make a point.

Maoism is a pretty dubious ideology, but compared to Stalinism it's a shining beacon of analytical coherence.

A funny fact about Joseph Stalin is that he didn't believe in having an intelligence analyst on hand because he was doing that job himself which lead to him doing a mass purging once when Nazi Germany was giving them false information about how many spies they had in Communist Russia.
