So, let me get this straight. Digi is quitting a drug that has minor side effects for a hormone cocktail that can have life threatening consequences and will alter his body and mind in irreparable ways?

It's boring as all hell. It's armchair psychology in Digi's favor and brown noses to no end. I'd rather not share it here because I don't want to drag said person into the spotlight as she is already unstable imo. Plus it would further help identify myself, so that's another no.
Quiting weed should do him a lot of good. Starting HRT however, lets see where that goes. In all honestly I hope it will improve his situation but I remain skeptical.

It's times like this when you see someone so utterly soaked in whatever hugbox echo chamber they've been a part of that convinced them being a tranny was the solution, you remember that this revelation came about as a result of an obsession over anime about little girls. This kind of makes me think there's something else going on with Digi's decision than just a concern for health. Maybe losing all that patreon cash is starting to have an effect? Though if this is just a willpower thing, I don't hold much confidence in his improvement. From personal experience, after being reliant on weed for food/sleep for a long time, it took moving to a totally different environment where weed just wasn't available to actually quit. The "withdrawals" he has talked about in the thread were probably just a few days/a week of not smoking, which is much different than getting an urge when bored to just veg out after a month of not smoking. It really does take at least a couple/few weeks of no weed to rebuild your appetite and sleep schedule. Again, if this is just a matter of willpower and budgeting concerns, I don't think Digi will be able to handle it. Especially if he has an enabler at his side toking it up all the time. I mean, if Digi had the willpower he needs to quit drugs on which he has become reliant, then he would have the willpower to create marketable and entertaining content, no?

I'd like to preface this with I do care about Digi and i don't want anything bad to happen to them. Usually a person has to crash and burn really fucking hard before they get their shit together and we are witnessing some sort of crash that has failed to bottom out yet. I can't help but feel a sense of impending dread that this is leading to something really bad. Digi lacks foresight and self control. Just the idea of floating doing HRT while going through marijuana withdrawals/addiction shows this. My advice, Digi stay sober for a year then hop on the HRT. You can't half ass going on HRT like shitting out a podcast or youtube video. Digi sort of brushes off any side effects by stating that they already experience similar side effects of HRT (which probably aren't comparable).
Who knows Digi has essentially failed to follow through with the majority of the projects the past year. The most realistic outcome is that they will try to navigate the medical system and immediately give up then put out a rant complaining about what we already know about the US medical system.

If ... so, big if ... they're restarting KHANTEHNT it will have a visible positive impact on Digibro's patreon even at this point. A significant one if they keep doing it for longer. (But that won't happen.)
KHANTEHNT had a format with them both being on screen so I wonder how that would play out since Digibro has been avoiding showing his face for some time now.
I also wonder how long it would take until Digibro loses interest. And that makes me wonder if Nate would really move to VB on chronically unreliable Digibro's vague suggestions to do some stuff. Which brings me back to the beginning: I believe it when I see it.
In fact, after the discussion here concerning Nate I wonder for how long he would stick to it. At least long enough for Digibro being the one killing the format I guess so this is more of a theoretical question.
