Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

You know that's a damn lie. If it did take 3 months to draw the book you'll been on cyberfrog 4, reignbro brute and another project by now.
[/QUOTE]

The autism in here is catastrophic.

Approximately 3 months of focused labor to draw 48 pages. I just got done telling you that most of the year is spent doing things OTHER than actually drawing a comic book. Selling a comic book and shipping a comic book.

I don't draw comics every day. My work is varied. Sometimes I do draw, but that drawing is about doing over 1000 headsketches of CyberFrog and Salamandroid inside copies of BLOODHONEY. That took months to finish. Sometimes I write. Sometimes I'm in meetings working on making toys and statues and plushies. Sometimes I'm packing boxes all day.

I also am paid to do YouTube livestreams, talking about ComicsGate, CyberFrog, Star Wars, and SJWs.

But a good portion of my day is spent with my family, enjoying life outside of my basement office.

Life is no longer about sitting at my desk all day and drawing comics. It's fun.

A great big pyramid scheme grift in which I've "taken over" a consumer movement lead by Englentine and Capn Cummings that was heading in a brilliant direction before I had the audacity to get cancelled for telling an SJW to KYS.

And then I just made it all into a Cult of Personality and ruined everything for everyone. What a mess.

Strange given that you outsourced all the work for the "toy" (which is mostly you arguing said statues are toys because of one point of articulation). Plus, given your last attempt to make merch (ribbitcoins), it's evident you don't actually put much time or thought in the periphery items. Also don't put much research to prevent the paypiggies from getting scammed.

Also telling you'd rather rapidly fly between different mediums rather than consolidate on the main one, which is a medium you've expressed a dislike of in the past. Last guy who did that sort of stuff was Keiji Inafune, who was outed as a scam artist in his own way.

Also thanks for confirming you prefer the easy way by trying to pretend that doing livestreams is "getting paid". Very DSP'esque with the rephrased realities there.

You talk like anyone can manage to make money the way you did. Not true. Not many people have the combination of malevolent narcissism and charisma to generate a cult of personality on a foundation of out rage culture.

As a comics talent you're middling at best. As a snake oil peddling huckster cult leader you're extremely talented. You don't make your money off what you produce. What you produce gives you the excuse to milk your paypigs who can't wait to tithe on YouTube and IGG.

Your "system" may get an A-lister up to low 6 figures but the real money being made is as a drama merchant selling culture war nonsense to enthralled losers and that's where you excel. "Buy my box. It's got 73 pages of new content printed multiple times for the 'low' price of $200 plus shipping. That's just $2.75 per page of story. (before shipping) And the SJW's will lose somehow."

Just be glad your customers are to stupid or to enraptured to realize how lame that deal is.

If it was about making comics for you then you'd average more than a page a week.

Ah, now we're at the "desperately bragging about their superiority in a sad attempt to try and salvage their bruised and broken ego like a pre-teen girl" stage of the narcissist cycle.

Also fuck me that's a lot of grifting with them cover variants. Moreso than the shit that nuked the industry for good.

Why are you so angry?

Selling a comic book and shipping a comic book.
Doesn't Dynomite take care of shipping? You act like you do everything yourself.

No one believes you.

And if you actually are spending days packing boxes you are a moron. If your time is worth money, as it clearly appears, doing a job you could pay a fifteen year old minimum wage to do is throwing money in the toilet.

No wonder you 'didn't have time' to do Peterson's second book. You were doing menial labor any loser can do instead. Pure genius.

Don't cloud the subject with facts Adamska.

$200 for the SOLD OUT Executive Honeycomb Box!
It contains: A BUTTLOAD OF REPRINTS, some trading cards and 2 plastic statues.
$2.75 a page and you don't even draw it all.

What a bargain...

EDIT:
Why are you so angry?
Pretty sure the angry one here is the braggart justifying himself to anon internet shit posters on an obscure web forum.

Try to enjoy Ethan's triggering for what it is.

It looks a lot like insecure attempts to own anonymous people on the internet because he can't handle being laughed at to me.

But then I'm not in his thrall and there's something to be said for perspective. Perhaps if I was prepared to spend good money on genuine CyberTurds I'd see how he's laughing...

Ethan could never grift as hard at Mitch Breitweiser. That guy can't put out one comic in THREE years. Doesn't do youtube, and I don't think he has any kids. Plus his wife is a professional working on the project.

Gotta agree with EVS here, the honeycomb boxes ARE a value IF you are a fan and love cyberfrog. That's a ton of content for $200. I don't think the eBay game is that good if you're buying these to flip you're a retard but if you're buying them for collecting it's an amazing amount of content for the price and on par with what a lot of industry pros who go solo are pricing books at.
The logistics of packing and shipping all this shit yourself also takes a ton of time.
I've seen a lot of the Bloodhoney headsketches he did and it's a good value. At a convention a headsketch like that from a top tier artist easily sells for $100.
You know that's a damn lie. If it did take 3 months to draw the book you'll been on cyberfrog 4, reignbro brute and another project by now.

Doing a 48 page comic takes 3 months at the least. Can't blame a man with kids who makes millions for wanting to spend time with his family. From what I gather from reading Noah's book Ethan is doing a much better job providing for his family than his dad did. That's not a diss, just a fact.
Ethan isn't an "art slave" like a lot of pros that live meaningless empty lives without the family. Most comic pros are childless weirdos who live in cramped crappy studio apartments and constantly worry about being canceled.

Pros that put out multiple books a year are constantly working on those books or promoting them. Top tier pros that still take commissions can take over a year to deliver them. It takes WEEKS or months for at home commissions from pros that aren't that busy. Its just how it is. I know of pros that work a week on a $400 commission piece when they aren't making comics.
The colorist and printer have turnaround times too. It probably takes Ritter all day to color one page. Thats 48 days of work plus some.

He probably packages and handles logistics himself for quality assurance.
I can't blame him for not inviting some rando person into his home to pack comics for him when its almost a daily job. That dude would be over there all the time. Kinda weird if he did hire someone tbh.

Ro and Gat must be broke. Broke broke. They've had over $500 in refunds for Vestige2 since the colorist non-payment tweets began this morning.

Yesterday Ro also apparently kicked Testefy out of Warcampaign altogether for a meme. Specifically this one:

Yep, after burning Warcampaign to the ground because of dumb shit that fool started they kick him out for using the word 'retarded' in a meme. Panboy must be so proud. Ro is probably suicidal. He was sooo close to being a real player. Now they're all laughinstocks.

Yeah, also you are slow.

But a good portion of my day is spent with my family, enjoying life outside of my basement office.

This is all you had to say. Your priorities shifted. Also your slow...

Well, you admit it and that's half the battle.

What you do is a basic, modified pyramid combined with a talk radio component.

As for that consumer movement, funny no mention of Earnst or Richard, it was in the process of being co-opted by antarctic small time pros. Hey, while we've got you, what's up with BLM support from your buddy at Dynamite bailing out looters?

You haven't talked about "star wars" since rise of skywalker. If you didn't focus on being a cult leader, crying about balls, calling a redneck a faggot you would be in better shape of how you use your time on cyber frog. Because for the past 2 years it's

80% starting infighting/gayops with your former cult group which turned off the better content creators for.....Micah Curtis, mandy summers and Adam post. The only good acquisition was fraga but he's midcard at best and would probably leave CG in a year.

10% damage control on the farms/twitter.

8% talking about the "culture war" that you guys lost because you guys are coomsumers of the same SJW products you hate.

And maybe a generous 2% talking or working on cyber frogs.

Your business model is all outrage bucks and blood sports. If you actively worked on comics consistently (like you're supposed to you as a "good" businessman) you could have to make a million with 2 or 3 books rather than a few hundred grand doing 1 book scams like ribbit coins and predatory variant covers that the big two has done in 3 years. This business model of one-sided bloodsports and late books isn't sustainable, midcard and lower CG creators won't have a chance in being successful since what you, Mitch and other creators do is turning off customers to support crowdfunding works, yeah you might be okay for now but the long term with how CG is now? You got about 2-3 years tops before your paypigs wake up at how much of a fraud you are.

The Ribbitcoin fiasco indicates otherwise.

I can't blame him for not inviting some rando person into his home to pack comics for him when its almost a daily job.
You know there are fulfillment services that don't work out of your house but if you wanted to do it out of your house you could do it out of the garage and they'd never step foot in the house proper.

The point is that when you are talent with a labor intensive craft like comic art and you're spending valuable production/marketing/buisness development time doing menial labor you're doing it wrong. This is basic business. You stop flipping burgers personally when you decide to franchise. Ray Kroc got it. The McDonald brothers didn't.

Edit: If Ethan is dumb enough to actually spend a 1/4 of his work year doing menial labor easily done by specialty services when he could spend it generating income it's amazing he's made any money at all.

what's up with BLM support from your buddy at Dynamite bailing out looters?
Question voted most likely to be avoided by FROG.

Fair is fair.

The autism here *is* high.

@FROG , here is why you are either a disingenuous cunt or dumber than a fucking puddle: very few people could draw what you do (not my cup o' tea, but w.e.) and even fewer can replicate the fame you've garnered. Many, many, many people, on the other hand, have the ability to promote works, advertize, organize, ship, package, etc. and given how pure fucking easy and no-talent it is, you can have people do it very cheaply. Stephen King isn't his own publicist. He doesn't pack boxes to ship to each individual customer. He does, however, produce a high volume of material that his fans eat up, and you could to...

You're just lazy. Or you don't enjoy drawing. Or, conversely, you enjoy menial labor, which is fine, to each their own. I get taking breaks and working less, but the work hours that are being spent on menial bullshit is a bad investment, pure and simple.

Now imagine, if you will, how much longer it would take you to draw CF if you drew anything resembling a complicated background, OY VEY!

Don't get me wrong, I'm jealous of him too. Somehow he's found a way to make a million bucks off grown-ass men who still play with dolls. I just happen to understand everything he posted. I still couldn't pull it off though but at least I can admit it.

Fair is fair.

I'm not jealous of him. I actually earn a decent living without violating my own moral compass or dealing with sick degenerates.

Honestly, I don't hate @FROG. He's at most low key evil and generally boring.

Glad he's doing well, wish he didn't do low key evil shit to do so. But a fool like Cridious or Sketch would be separated from his money either way.

A fanboy is a fanboy whether he's a fan of the comics or the grift.

How is it a grift when he delivers everything he peddles as described? He can be criticized for the ribbitcoin fiasco but only for getting too greedy and trying to put that damned Frog on anything that might earn him a sheckel and accepting money from real grifters who gambled that he wouldn't look too deep into what they were doing with his name. Once he realized what happened he ended up doing the right thing and I expect he learned from that. As far as fulfillment he did pay a nice chunk to a fulfillment company during his first campaign and they screwed up a lot IIRC. By keeping it in-house and making it a family thing he can keep the money in the house by paying them that wage, maintain some level of quality control and steer the ship 100% from start to finish on his own schedule. What's the downside?

Thanks for comparing me to Stephen King.

I'm not Stephen King. I'm still a nobody. Stephen King has publicists and all of that shit because
he's BECOME Stephen King after many years of establishing himself above and apart from his peers,
having started at the ground.

I promote myself because nobody else will. I'm ComicsGate. I ship my own stuff, with the help of my
family, because we're a small business and it's more economical to do it ourselves. It's EXTREMELY expensive
to hire a fulfillment service. We tried that for BLOODHONEY.

We'd rather just do it ourselves, keep track of our own packages, and maintain
good customer service. Small business.

As for complicated backgrounds, WTF. Bloodhoney was full of spectacular backgrounds, and
so is this new one.
Have a great night!
