I agree, I shouldn't have. My point was that I had proof some people actually find a lot of comfort and/or acknowledgement in his music. I'm not here to tread on the warpath or subject people to more negative attention. The real reason I'm here is because I'm genuinely worried about another human being who I had a real invested interest in. It's a really strange experience never having to face any of the internet boogiemen personaly (LGBTQ, Trans, Furries, cancel culture etc) only to drop face first into it with Digi who I followed for years. And I still consider Digi's "golden year/s" (you be your own judge how long that period lasted) a valid and fun use of my time.

At any rate, it would even be a bit harder to find it again due to the person in question having switched usernames on May's discord (like a lot of autisctic dc users do every week to month) and me not having the PM open anymore. I might have saved the link somewhere, but I am a man of my word, so just forget I said anything if you're disappointed.

I also wonder how long it would take until Digibro loses interest. And that makes me wonder if Nate would really move to VB on chronically unreliable Digibro's vague suggestions to do some stuff. Which brings me back to the beginning: I believe it when I see it.

This might make it sound like Nate is doubling down on his career, but keep in mind that Nate and Michelle live in what they themselves call "a shithole", so moving was inevitable anyway, especially with the current racial tension. The context is that Metokur had just put out his bitchute video on trannies which showcased uncensored surgery footage of Gender Reassignment Surgery. I find it interesting that Digi here identifies as "genderfluid" and has considered himself a part of the transgender community since high school. However he explicitly states how much he enjoys being male at 8:28ish and states that he enjoys stuff like his beard.

What is really interesting to think about is the fact that that specific Metokur video had, paradoxically, encouraged Digi to come out as trans and develop the way they have this past month or two. It's probably impossible to tell how much of an impact it had but nevertheless it did seem to have an impact.

If he took all the combined time he put into his music and used it for writing such as getting more chapters of Kusomega done I think people wouldn't even complain as much. Kusomega was an interesting idea for a story, too bad the amount of him self-inserting his own fetishes and world view in the story doesn't really expand his own worldview much. Talented writers look up reference material as inspiration and make sure there is a cohesive world that ties elements from different perspectives together, not just their own.

Think of like someone who draws for a living. Do all their best images come from imagination and memory? Fuck no. You hit up the internet or reference books and look for elements you want to incorporate and do so in your own style. You mix, create and spin. In the end it doesn't even look like the reference material anymore and will be your own creation.

You gotta admit though, with all the "Another world after death in the form of a game"/Isekai stories there are where the main character gets to walk down the yellow bricked wish-fulfillment road and him taking a spin on it with his MC not wanting to live anymore and killing himself only to end up in a world with consequences and retarded ideas of what fantasy could be is pretty good one. It reads a lot like anime but without all the stupid stock-template anime cliches; it's kind of fanfic-ish but not so much that it annoys me. It also takes the piss out of all the before mentioned tropes and is decently self aware. Too bad his character is written as male thus him probably not wanting to work on it anymore.

Oh wait. It's fantasy, he could always introduce gender bender mechanics in between writing his lesbian scenes. I was thinking of removing this scentence but hey as we all know they read the farms so be sure to credit me down the line Digi.

All in all, I enjoy his writing way more than his music. Kinda obvious as most of best videos are scripted.

In the end, the thing Digi and Nate (and maybe the rest of the PCP or at least what is left of it, fuck Ben) needed was transparancy to hold themselves accountable. You know that kid or even were that kid, when 15-19, thought that it had the most profound thoughts and other people just don't get it, cause they are phonies, faggots, idiots etc.? Digi never got a reality check in his life and was allowed to fail time and time again with no consequences. Whereas the kid or yourself grew out of this phase very quick, these thoughts lingered in Digis mind up until now, almost 30 years of age and turnt his life more chaotic with everytime he shunned an honest self evaluation.

To me, his early scripted stuff about anime/animation was insightful, as it had a structure and some points no one else was making, but the more weed he smoked and the more outlandish his "philosophy" became, the harder it was for him to stick to any method.

You have to get past his voice that has been described as "stereotypically gay". Well, I would say it sounds more like a parody performed by somebody who wants to gas all homosexuals. It in no shape or form sounds like a female voice of course.

As for the content, at best you could fomulate a full paragraph on average for every sentence he utters how this is an utterly retarded notion. At worst he sounds legitimately mad. I said this before but that's how it is. Incoherent rambling. And his constant chuckling in places where sane people fail to see the humor adds to it.

Of course he would tell you that he's only pretending or that you're not on the right square in his austism astrology to understand his genius. Probably both.
