Ha! Okay, I finished my real work.

Floyd was extremely intoxicated, as we know. He was acting erratically from the first moment officers interacted with him. Lane and Kueng were partners. I am not sure why two new and inexperienced officers would be paired up, but they were and were the first squad on the scene. Lane and Kueng noticed that the three occupants of the Mercedes SUV Floyd was driving were moving around a lot as they were walking up to the vehicle. Lane drew his gun just under two minutes into his footage because Floyd had his right hand out of sight and refused FOUR commands in ten seconds to show his hands. Lane later said that he thought Floyd might try to drive away. Floyd blubbers for a few seconds about getting shot by police before finally cooperating. Lane holsters his gun about 40 seconds after drawing it. Floyd continues to refuse to exit the vehicle, so Lane pulls him out and a struggle ensues for nearly a minute. Both Lane and Kueng are needed to get handcuffs onto Floyd. Kueng handles Floyd while Lane talks with the other car occupants. Floyd’s female friend implies that Floyd is crazy and makes a cuckoo gesture at her head to describe him. Kueng and Lane move Floyd across the street. While they’re moving him, Kueng notices foam around Floyd’s mouth. Floyd falls down several times and is generally uncooperative. He does not listen to orders and starts resisting again. They calm him down and start to search Floyd’s pockets, where a weed chillum pipe is found. Lane is calmly giving orders this whole time, explaining to Floyd that they can’t tell what he’s trying to do and is not following orders, which is why they are reacting how they are. Eight and a half minutes in, Floyd continues to refuse getting in the car, saying he is claustrophobic, “why don’t you believe me?” Floyd is completely delirious at this point, eyes extremely wide and wild looking. Foam at his mouth is visible. Floyd continues arguing about getting into the squad car for another minute or two. Kueng pushes Floyd down into the seat of the car and Floyd says he can’t breathe for the first time. He is nowhere near the ground when he starts complaining about not being able to breathe. Lane then says he is going to pull Floyd into the car. It seemed like Lane pulled too hard or Floyd pushed as he was pulling and Floyd ended up partially on top of Lane. This is when Floyd asks to be put on the ground, but it takes another minute until Floyd is on the ground. Chauvin and the Asian cop arrive while Floyd is still off the ground. Floyd is complaining about not being able to breathe again. Chauvin, Lane, and Kueng all take Floyd down to the ground completely after another struggle. Two officers lose their radios and Floyd’s shoe is knocked off. Floyd continues to kick and struggle on the ground, which is when Chauvin kneels on him and pins his left wrist back further in cuffs. Lane is calm once he gets Floyd’s legs pinned down. Veins were popping out of Floyd’s right arm. Floyd keeps moving and writhing on the ground as he says he can’t breathe. Chauvin and Lane both tell Floyd over the next few minutes to relax and that he’s using a lot of oxygen for someone who can’t breathe. Chauvin asks what Floyd is on and Lane asks Chauvin about PCP intoxication signs, says “isn’t that the shaking of the eyes?” Floyd is still moving and breathing for about four to five minutes while Chauvin has him pinned. When Floyd stops moving and breathing, it happens quickly in about 20-30 seconds and then Kueng is unable to feel a pulse. A crowd has gathered and is yelling at the officers. The Asian cop is on the sidewalk and controlling the crowd. He never touches Floyd. Chauvin seemed in shock and like he froze during the pinning. He barely moves during those few minutes, other than looking around at a white dangerhair who comes up yelling behind the officers and as we know from the crowd footage, looking at the crowd a few times. Other than that, he doesn’t move his hand that is pinning Floyd’s wrist or his leg and seemed stiff or frozen. EMS arrives about a minute after Kueng is unable to find a pulse; they were already en route. Chauvin releases his knee once EMS walks up to Floyd’s body and they move him to a stretcher using one of those white sheet things you see in old war movies. Chauvin looks like he is in shock.

Kueng goes back into Cup Foods to talk to the employees, who say that both Floyd and his dreadlocked male friend used fake bills. Floyd was successful and his friend was not. The manager said they also had more counterfeits, which is corroborated by the exhibit photos from the vehicle that show crumpled counterfeits in the seats.

Lane gets into the ambulance with EMS and starts CPR. Floyd has road rash on his left shoulder and left side of his face. He is also bleeding from his nose. Lane does compressions for a minute and a half until EMS puts on a compression machine. Lane then leaves the ambulance calmly. EMS was parked on the street around 40th Street administering CPR and was not driving towards a hospital. Lane gets into a fire truck that arrives and calmly recounts what happened to the firefighter. She seemed sympathetic, chats with Lane and laughs when talking about how nice the fire truck is. She wonders what Floyd was on and says “that’s a shame.” Lane is fiddling with handcuffs taken off Floyd. The firefighter tries to comfort Lane and says that if CPR is started early, chances are good. Lane gets out of the fire truck and checks with EMS. The compression machine is no longer on Floyd and EMS says he will be DOA to dispatch.

TL;DR: Floyd was extremely intoxicated, acted erratically, resisted several times, and didn’t follow orders. Chauvin seemed to freeze and was in shock. This is not 2nd degree murder, possibly negligent manslaughter at most. I don’t see how the other officers could be guilty of anything.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm not living in the USA so I'm not expert, but isn't counterfeit money a serious thing and real offence? Because of the connection to China and the fact they ship in the paper from there and the CCP have a right mental tumescence over destabilising the $$ so they help people fake shitloads of small denomination bills? Like I say, if I'm wrong please do tell me

To get back to my point: Massive cunt gets caught publicly intoxicated (illegal) on drugs (illegal) using fake bills (illegal)

He knows because of his previous, fucking disgusting criminal record and how much of a piece of shit he is, being caught will mean he gets sent back for a serious lump of time, so he resists arrest, becomes violent and start lying about "Ah CAHNT BREEEEFF!!" and "MUH CLOSTROFOOOOBIIIAAARRRZZZZZZ!!!!" but in reality, he's still holding onto the hope he can get away because he's in deep shit

And the BLM spastics are burning down cities over this creature? Really? Murca, you're as fucked as a poor, vulnerable white girl from a shitty council estate in England who's been spotted by a local gang of Muslim rapists

Edited to say: If he's so closstroooofoooobiiiicccckkk perhaps he should have considered that before getting caught breaking the Law with such an extensive criminal background

Perhaps the nogs should try being less nigtacular and use a bit of dat oppresive much waycist whitey forethought and planing.

I don't know if anyone takes issue with that. In a non-unipolar system, the US is going to have to lay off of exporting democracy and regime change altogether. It's not going to be able to afford to project its power to play world police, so it's going to need the corrupt, autocratic powers of the world to agree to various treaties and economic engagements that largely allow them to operate without fear of sanctions in their own territory, if it wants any hope of forestalling another squabbling of the great powers.

That's not happening. The military-industrial complex is Too Big to Fail.

Hitler would be proud. Then again if they are the master race why do they come to Europe or America where the supposed lower race lives? Or are that just the outcasts?

Because somehow this 'master race' of ubermensch, by and large, turns every environment in which they live into total and complete shit in a short time. Even robust, already formed societies go to shit when they're introduced and they can nary get their own civilizations off the ground. It's funny how the master race had to be introduced to the wheel.

In your opinion, did the officers appear/sound vindictive or spiteful due to the suspects race(Tone and demeanor)?

E: also thanks for taking the time to signup for viewing, and taking notes for us

Unpopular opinion id wager: Chauvin needs to get the book thrown at him, it will satiate the mob(maybe?), then he can appeal it a bit down the line and be acquitted once all the hype dies now, and the black demographic has managed to turn the general population against them. If he walks, it just solidifies BLM's mentality that the systems stacked against them, and they'll ramp everything up to 11.

God help those jurors if they operate within the confines of the law and he walks, they wont make it home that day.

I hope the US replicates the UK. It would be funny.

Excellent work. None of this surprises me. Particularly after learning that the DA was unwilling to show any of this footage publicly, or in court. Murder 2 is going to be near impossible to prove. Nothing short of lynching will satisfy the mob. There will be more rioting in Minneapolis after the verdict.

But I think that in it's reasonable to see the cop wasn't acting with good faith
How is that reasonable? What are your reasons? I'll tell you why Chauvin's actions were reasonable: When Floyd was in the car, he freaked out, smashed his face into the partition, and injured himself. If he did the same thing on the ground, while under the cops' positive control, he could have seriously injured himself and they'd be liable. Light pressure on Floyd's neck limited his range of movement and prevented further injury.

Here's another reason why it's reasonable: There is basically no history of this restraint killing anyone, ever, anywhere. Maybe somebody has found one in the past several months, I don't know, but it would be incredibly rare. There's no reason to think this kind of restraint, properly applied, could kill anyone. It doesn't interfere with any of the vital functions that sustain life.

And what does "in good faith" mean? That's not language from the statute. Third degree murder requires "a depraved mind, without regard for human life." Chauvin was protecting Floyd from self-injury and protecting his colleagues from any additional outbursts Floyd might have. He acknowledged the possibility of excited delirium and explained that's why the ambulance was coming. Clearly he had regard for human life.

The other charge is second degree manslaughter. This requires "culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another." Simply doing something risky isn't manslaughter, it has to be unreasonable, and you know it could cause death or great bodily harm. I've already addressed the reasonableness of using this restraint. Putting that aside, did Chauvin know that his actions could cause a death? What evidence is there that he knew this? (Answer: None.)

Chauvin is innocent. If this goes to trial and he gets a fair jury, he'll get off. You know what happens then. So stockpile ammo and get CCW insurance, the kind that has a 24/7 lawyer on speedial.

Base on what you wrote I even doubt manslaughter,
1) He refused to get out of the car, which per Pennsylvania v. Mimms is a lawful order you must comply with
2) he resisted arrest or detainment
3) he refused at first to show his hands multiple times
Mixed that with Floyd having the coof, uppers and downers in his system, his poor physical health, along with stress from what is going on/adrenaline being pumped out by his body, and its easy to say he was killed by a combiation of factors that were not a direct result of the police (if he didn't try to pass fake bills he could have still been dead soon).

I wonder who will feel like a total asshole when they realize the guy who died from an opioid overdose who was passing off counterfit money and robbed pregnant women had cities burned down in his honor, statues ripped apart, at least 2 or 3 funerals beyond the level of a state dignitary, and then the bodycam footage shows that he was being a jackass and the cops did nothing wrong. Not the ladies in the DLF I'm sure.

I'm completely convinced the cops did nothing wrong. Everything that came out since the initial deceptive video has shown that. Any sane person should be off the left train at this point. They valorized a complete scumbag.

They wont' care that he's a scumbag. They'll probably just double-down or change the goal post a little bit.
In the meanwhile crime has shot up in every city and things are going to hell. All the destruction, all the protesters, all the chaos that's been caused. Floyd wasn't some saint, he was unknowingly the harbinger of this little apocalypse.

So Chauvin, the cop that kneed Floyd might get off with a lesser charge or no charge at all?

I think the Atlanta cop deserves more leniency than that cop.

Even after all the arson, vandalism, assault, murder, race relations being set back 50 years, and asinine claims that everything is racist, BLM, the Left, and the media will NEVER admit fault for anything. "Dindu Nuffin" is a Leftist dogma.

Lying, superficial charm, disregard for the rights and feelings of other people, parasitic lifestyle, and never admitting wrongdoing (or even mistakes), are signs of being a sociopath. And I see all of those in the Left.

FYI, the Germans called themselves "Gentlemen" or at worst "Men's Race". This whole "master race" shit is yet more propaganda.

dont act dumb you clown
the word 'herr' doesn't just refer to a man (although it is used that way in formal and polite settings) but to a ruler or lord. the english "my lord" used by subjects addressing their ruler would be "mein herr" in german

If you think it's spooky how he told us what would eventually happen, listen to some Yuri Bezmenov lectures. He saw all of this shit coming too and he detailed pretty much exactly how it would happen. It's an eerie feeling when you read Uncle Ted's work or listen to Bezmenov's lectures and you realize that they were absolutely correct and you are currently living in the world they saw coming prior to most others. Of course they had to discount Kaczynzski as a lunatic, and I disapprove of his tactics, but he has been thoroughly vindicated. The more alarming thought is: They also knew what would be coming next, after our current phase, and they describe it. It isn't good. The people who try to warn us all too often end up in prison, dead or destitute.
Sadly the glow in darks got hold of Uncle Ted before he could blossom. The turning point was decades ago and now we are seeing a culture shift that's going to cause massive upheavals world wide.

So Chauvin, the cop that kneed Floyd might get off with a lesser charge or no charge at all?

2nd degree always hinged on them getting that felony assault charge on Chauvin. That seems fairly unlikely now, as it always sortof was, so manslaughter becomes the angle - the knee. But if the knee was applied because Floyd would keep banging his head into shit, which is an argument that I've heard before, then it becomes hard to call it manslaughter. I don't think it's necessarily impossible to do that, though, so he may not be wholly off of the hook - might be hard to prove he was in shock and nonresponsive for that reason, and the knee being applied after Floyd stops moving is probably the angle by which they want to point to unnecessary behavior and reckless endangerment.

But it also seems as if one could make an argument that gets all four of them to walk.
