More importantly, all of those questions are irrelevant on Virginia soil (where my children and I have residence).
Here in Virginia we have religious protection to decline traditional healthcare with an MD or DDS, for any physical ailment, including the right to heal physical ailments, injuries, and/or sickness using prayer, spiritual means, and/or alternative healthcare. This is actually written into Virginia law.

I've already had CPS show up because I do not vaccinate, because of a homebirth, and to ask if I have medical insurance. All that is a violation of Virginia state law and Fourth Amendment probable cause thresholds
