I believe the rule is you can't stream gameplay/videogames on YouTube if you're partnered with Twitch. Which is why the YT stream he did the last time he got suspended was okay.

As Twitch partner, he is only allowed to stream gaming solely Twitch.

I really appreciate that he's showing that he isn't learning - almost everything that's been weaponized against him has been some idiotic comment made while he streams from his couch playing video games. Without the stream, there are no detractors. He's not missing a beat.
